NK fires on SK.....SK retaliates....limited to moderate conflaguration on the Korean peninsula.

If the US does NOT help its ROK allies....Look for:

EVERYONE to be emboldened to attack allies of NATO/US. OBAMA YOU PIECE OF SHIT WIMP!

You'll see Iran burn off a low yield nuke.

You'll see Iranian Republican Guard in Afghanistan killing NATO and US troops.

You'll see Indonesia and India (foes of China) backing away from SEATO/US and cozying up with China.

You'll see more brushfire wars in Central Africa, esp. Kenya/Congo with more and more AlQueda types proping up.

You'll see Yemen export terrorism into more brazen attacks.

You'll probably see Syria/Lebanon attack Israel with tacit support from other Arab countries. Hell, even Turkey might get involved.

Russia may take the REST of Georgia or other CIS states.

You'll see FARC and other narco-commie forces make strides and gains in South America.

GAWD....the list is endless....our wet paper sack president is AWOL, probably on a cocaine high while our allies are getting SHELLED.....Does it make you feel better that Chewbacca, the mother in law, Biden, Pelosi, Axlerod or Valarie Jarrett are the ones answering the phone?

I understand nobama and his weird family will be going to Hawaii around Christmas to “investigate”. Don’t worry South Koreans and the world...our leader is on the job and (remember) is smarter than every one of us. (I would like to take a moment to thank the 39% of Americans who still support such a great leader)

” Quick!! Send Jimmy Carter, “

Hey - don’t forget Bill Richardson — he’s gonna be looking for work pretty soon, and he may just be needing to get out of the country in a hurry....

Why hasn’t S. Korea “nuked-up”? Or Japan? Or Taiwan?

Aide: “Mr. President, the Korean peninsula is at war!”
Obama: “Uh, let the U.N. handle it; I’m late for tee time!”

Taiwan and South Korea would have gone nuclear a long time if it weren’t for US pressure. About Japan, well they dont have armed forces- they have SELF-defense forces.

He we go folks, the spark that may start WWIII

To have a war bot sides have to fight. Since President Pee Pee Pants won't get off the golf course and take the 3:am call it won't be a war. It will simply be a slaughter of the defenseless.

No need for SP. Remember, that Hildebeast is going be opening up that can of “smart power” anytime now.

Sure while she hits the reset button, NK pushes the launch button.

You are assuming this is being directed by the Chinese with the object the mortification of the South Korean government.

Many times in the past that's been the case.

The North just revealed it has an uranium enrichment operation ~ built secretly ~ and now it's firing on that island.

This is very, very Korean. You have a dispute, you take it outside. Both of you kick at the lawn and kick up turf that you throw in the air behind you ~ you stomp around the grounds.

The Chinese didn't direct this one ~ it's purely Korean. However, it's the South Korean government that's not acting normally (in the traditional Korean manner).

Getting back to that ship everybody and his brother knew the North had sunk the ship. The South Korean government treated the incident as an accident as though the North Korean government was incapable of sinking ships. This went on until the North Koreans confessed ~ they couldn't stand being denigrated like that for so long.

At some point this sort of thing slops over into one of those situations where the superior party, in this case, South Korea, TOYS WITH their opponent until he gives up ~ think Wiley Coyote ~ the Road Runner always wins.

My prediction ~ the South Koreans will probably blow up the uranium enrichment plant AT WILL sometime in November when the North is disabled with an ice storm. They'll also disable the other nuclear installations, and the missile factories, and the sewage system in Pyong Yang.

They will use a minimum of force while at the same time inflicting humiliating and degrading acts on the North.

The Chinese government will stand back from this. They do things differently but I'm sure they think this is tremendous theatre. In the end their trade relations with South Korea will not suffer, and the Korean speaking part of China (an immense area as big as the Peninsula) will remain at peace ~ maybe even enjoying their 10% pay raise already scheduled.

I don't know where you got your information about the Cheonan. The South Koreans have been saying for months that it was a North Korean torpedo, while Pyongyang has denied it.

About blowing up the sewage system in Pyongyang, well the South Korea could have done any time in the past decade. But they haven't because the risk of artillery shells raining over Seoul is too real. The North Korean regime doesn't care about Pyongyang while the South Koreans do care about their capital. As I said before, this is a game of brinkmanship which China and North Korea have played for more than 15 years and have succeeded in keeping the US and its allies on their toes.

Just doing a quick check through the news. Early on after the sinking (same day in fact) there were "news" reports speculating on a NK sinking. That was back in April. The government dwadled, and then in November issued a FINAL REPORT. But that was long after the NK had "made signals" (as the State Department geeks say) that they'd actually sunk it "so there".

It's all very traditionally Korean.

But wasn't Young Leader's son just made General the other day? Hey, he needs something to redeem honor so there go the guns.

Again, the South Koreans will smack these pukes flat ~ one way or the other.

Umm, if you go by signals then South Korea started making them hours after it’s ship was sunk, if you get my drift.

About smacking these pukes, well the South Koreans haven’t appeared willing to do that for years now.
