Is this why the rumor is circulating that Russia and China are dumping the Dollar?

When I saw the above in the news, I thought about what Pastor Lindsey Williams said recently, "Keep your eye on China and Russia. Everything else is just distraction."

They're dumping the dollar because it's becoming worthless through over-printing, QE2, a weak economy and inept leadership.

China doesn't want war on its doorstep. It'll try to capitalize on the N. Korean attack but will reign in that regime.
