Harry want a cracker?
Catering to illegal aliens is like a death wish for the U.S. Fitting that they would go on a hunger strike: almost like a personal death wish. However, they won’t stay on it long. And they will get the media attention they desperately seek.
They are cheaters. They have already cheated by being here illegally. They will cheat on their hunger strike too.
Isn’t this really more like a tantrum-throwing child holding her breath until she turns blue? Who is harmed by this, and who is convinced by this?
Does someone honestly think “protesting” to give college admission and tuition aid to non-taxpayers is somehow evocative of Ghandi?
What spoiled babies. They clearly have too much time on their hands, and aren’t footing the bill for their schooling, they’re living off mommy and daddy.
I wish I knew where to find one of these in Florida, I go throw tacos at them.

They have convinced me. I’m ready to give up this whole securing the border thing.
May they be as successful as Bobby Sands.

Exactly....maybe we need to setup a “Free Hunger Strike” booth and see how many takers we get..
I remember Jesse Jackson’s “hunger strike”. They asked him if he ate food, he said yes, and something to the effect that the hunger strike was only during certain hours of the day.
I dare them to pull off a Bobby Sands...just dare them.

Earlier, President Bush issued a directive to the state courts to abide by the decision and also asked Texas specifically to review Medellin’s case ahead of his planned Aug. 5 execution.
However, Texas refused, and in March the U.S. Supreme Court ruled by a 6-3 vote that Bush lacked the authority to compel state courts to comply with the judgment from The Hague.
