Quite frankly, I've understood why anyone uses such childish terms like those, and Odumbo, Bammy, etc.

Yeah me too, with a few exceptions. Sometimes a name nails it, not often though.
Because RIDICULE is a VERY effective weapon against psuedointellectualism. WE can take it and laugh at them. They can’t. It makes them stammer and stutter and exposes them for what they are because inevitably, they cannot help themselves and will go for the overkill. They LOSE. That’s why. Liberals are notoriously humorless.
