The Bible tells us that God inhabits our praises to him..... Christians are not going to be bullied anymore by the rest of the world, the earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof.

They just can’t stand it.
But even in cynical NYC I think the response was overwhelmingly positive.

" so many negative responses.. amazing. "

That's because the devil knows his time is about up and is going to be thrown in the bottomless pit, he is restless.

One of the comments say that these Christians were being disruptive, yeah, right... SARCASM..
How about those homos in SanFransicko when they threw aids infected blood on the doors of some church and bullied those Christians inside while having Church ?

Indeed.

They rail against “organized” religion, but “organized” depravity is A OK.

Definitely preferable to those Philly flash mobs that beat and rob people.

Are you sure THIS is the one you heard of?

Because it's nothing like the huge Macys flash.

What struck me most, other than the powerful expression of faith, was the sheer professionalism of the singing. These are trained voices, perfectly rehearsed. Impressive.

Great stuff, thanka.

A flash mob of Christians in a crowed public place who bring praise to their God with beautiful singing. Had it Muslims, they would have praised their god with Simtex.

I know anyone who was in my high school’s choir would definitely have stood and joined in the singing. For years many high school and college choirs have sung this annually and often would invite any of the choir alumni to join in and sing with them at their concerts. It was a long running tradition at many schools, not just mine. While I graduated from high school over 35 years ago I still remember the part I sang perfectly and sing it several times each holiday season just by joining in with others singing it. I always see others do this too.

I was surprised at how few shoppers were familiar with the old tradition of the audience standing during the Chorus.

This, obviously, was an organized and trained choir. What a spectacular way to get full ROI from your rehearsals!!

My first thought was “music school”. Then, when I saw the age range, “Church choir”. Then after the magnificent professionalism of the performance, “Mormons”...

"I had heard about this but hadn't seen it yet."

There are a few others, Google 'random acts of culture'.

It is part of a large effort, the one at Macy's in Philly was great.
