LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - Police arrested a many they say had a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old girl for more than a year.
23-year-old Juan Lopez Rios was charged with rape for the crime. Police also say he bit the 11-year-old victim on her chest.
Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely calls it a disturbing case of child rape that began over a year ago.
"They would meet, they had a neighbor or relative that had a van. They were meeting regularly," said Blakely
Investigators say the 11-year-old Hispanic girl was having consensual sex with Rios. Blakely says the girl's mother discovered their relationship when she noticed several deep bite marks on the child's chest.

Actually, some of these illegals don’t understand that its wrong to have sex with an 11 year old. That’s a prime reason to keep them out or make them come in through legal channels. There are cases of Muslims in the US trying to marry 11 or 12 year olds because that is their culture. Its worse in Canada and the UK. Their “culture” is barbaric and should not be transplanted here.

Well, if an 11 year old gives consent, who are we to judge? It’s A-OK if the rapist takes her to an abortion clinic, but God help her if she wanted to smoke a cigarette or buy a can of Loko Four.

Okay, I’m going to say it... Mexican males consider “having sex” with any female as cool. Ever been sitting in traffic behind a group of them? Ever see how they lear at an eight year old walking by? At a sixty year old walking by? Their culture is hyper-sexed. It is considered normal for pre-teen girls and young teens to have sex. Our closest high school has several freshman hispanic girls that are pregnant and some who had their first baby in 8th grade. Just a thought.
It isn’t just Mexicans. ALL Latino men are hyper-sexed and so are latino women.
