Despite seeing Congress pass funding to resolve black farmers’ claims this week, the Agriculture Department (USDA) is still under pressure to settle discrimination claims from minority groups.
Advocates for Hispanic and female farmers claiming discrimination by USDA say they have not been treated the same as their black and Native American counterparts by the Obama administration.
“[Blacks and Native Americans] are going to get more money and a better process. It is a slap in the face,” said Stephen Hill, a partner at Howrey who represents Hispanic farmers.

How about the Japanese, Chinese, Vietamese, South Americans, Italians, Germans, French, Spanish, Polish.........there’s got to be more. Let’s just send everyong a check and be done with it.

Were recruited by advocate lawyers with “documented lawsuits” like “Where you given a claim to file for farm assistance from the government?” ... regardless of whether they ever filed for farm claims, even lived on a farm, near a farm, or knew what a farm was.
Since they had never filed for a farm claim in the first place, they (obviously) could answer “honestly”: “No, I have never received my farm claim from the government.” Therefore, their “lawyer” made HIS money filing their farm claim, and THEY made THEIR money (reparations) by filing false claims.
Female Hispanic farmers often pose as overweight, pregnant field workers and are all hard workers, who are often hit on by the older evil white businessman, or company owner, most of whom are white, drink alcohol, and mumble, “WTF” all the time...
When is this going to end?? It is about everyone but white and we can’t say that even after building this place.

My grandparents lost their farm in the last Great Depression. Where’s my handout, Mistah Gummint-man?
They should pretend they're all government employees, retiring at 50 years old with 73 pecent of their income, for life...Buck up I say!

A couple of years ago I’d have thought this article was satire. As Rush was pointing out today there are roughly 12,000 black farmers, but 83,000 are getting this payment. This is reparations plain and simple.
What’s next? Restitution to LEPER farmers who were refused a deal on a hand shake? Everyone knew once the barn door was open the bums and cheats would get out.
No kidding! And it’s SHAMEFUL! SHAMEFUL, I say! :)
We wouldn’t have to pay a dime of our tax money to all these “harmed” people if government hadn’t been paying out money and otherwise subsidizing farms all those years ago.
