If this was indeed a Chinese missile launch some 30 miles off the California coast, it would indicate the Chicoms don’t consider the 200-mile perimeter it claims for its coastal waters to apply to those of the United States.
If it was a Chinese missile, we’d actually have to do something about it. People would demand real action. And we’d have to rethink our [disasterous] approach to nurturing the Chinese threat. Can’t have that.
