Liberty Central ^

Posted on 12/03/2010 7:50:31 PM PST by NanMan

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) is frustrated that her ethics investigation has been suspended – shortly before she was supposed to face an investigative hearing to look at the charges against her. The pause came abruptly in October, when investigators of the House Ethics Committee discovered a critical piece of information – an E-mail from Waters’s Chief of Staff – that had not been turned over to committee investigators. Now – according to the Washington Post – investigators are trying to determine why the E-mail was not discovered until after the formal investigation had concluded

For whatever reason the first thing that will happen is the Ethics hearing and the appropriate resolution will not be done by a Dem Congress but a Republican one. Say good-night Maxine.

By the way Bawney you’re next.

Most of the time a bear poops where a bear wants to poop.

Side note to all you killer freepers, spare me how you wouldn’t let a bear poop near your home, cause you carry xyz gun and would pop a cap in it’s ass.

Sorry, just seems like it is harder to make a fun comment without 1) getting a technical break down dissertation that attempts to prove your joke impossible, or 2) someone or multiple people that want to one up you on how cool they are.

Sorry for venting.

Fun post cept for my rant :-)

Yeah...the words “Barney Frank” and “conceal” in the same sentence bring unwanted visualizations.

Hmmmm ......

2 House ethics attorneys suspended (includes lead attorney on Maxine Waters case)

Blake Chisam, the chief counsel and staff director for the ethics panel, initially sought to fire Kim and Sovereign on Nov. 19, but was unable to do so.

It is unclear if the decision to place Kim and Sovereign on paid leave was related to the Waters’ case or another matter, although they were placed in that status on the same day that Reps. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) and Jo Bonner (R-Ala.), the chairwoman and ranking member of the committee, announced the Waters’ trial was delayed. The committee announced that it had new information, including e-mails from Mikael Moore, Waters' chief of staff, that would have an impact on the Waters’ matter.
