Comedian Kathy Griffin wasn’t so popular with the troops during her USO Diva’s Salute stand-up act on Sunday, when she poked fun at Bristol Palin’s weight.
“[Bristol Palin] is the only contestant in the history of ["Dancing with the Stars"] to actually gain weight.”
Following a chorus of boos, Griffin went on to say, “No, come on, come on. She gained, like, 30 pounds a week. I swear to God, it was fantastic. She’s like the white ‘Precious,’” referring to the obese African-American character in the eponymous 2009 film.
When the booing continued, Griffin shouted, “You can boo louder than that! Come on, boo me! I love it! I love it! War is Hell, war is Hell!”
This isn’t the first shot Griffin has taken at the Palin family. In 2009, Griffin made jokes about Sarah Palin’s infant Trig, who was born with Down Syndrome. Kathy Griffin justified calling Trig Palin a “retard baby” via Twitter:

I like how she kept trying to do the bit. She probably had a good five minutes of jokes just on Palins.

Beyond despicable.
I can’t imagine the USO sponsoring anyone who said those kinds of things about Michelle Obama or the two daughters.
This liberal no class biatch reminds me of that other liberal no class biatch, Sandra Bernnhardt. They’re both about as “funny” as a sack of dead puppies.
And the response by our troops explains why Obozo prevented them from casting absentee ballots while, at the same time, had his SEIU and ACORN flunkies voting dead folks and illegals all over the country.

“I’m genuinely a fan of most of the people I trash in the act,” said Griffin in an interview. “I really, really try and focus on making fun of people for their behavior. I’m not so into making fun of someone for the way they look, or something that’s out of their control.”
So she revels in the fact she's pissing off the people she purports to be entertaining. What a scuz.

So what is a skank like Kathy Griffin doing on a USO tour anyway?
Good Lord! Put that image alongside Joy Behar and you’ll see Griffin in 20 years. What is it about liberalism that brings out the UGLY in women?
The good news is, natural selection ought to take care of things eventually, when no male chooses to mate with them.
She’s on the social D list out in Hollyweird.
That stands for either Dumb Ass or Drag Queen, possibly both.
This is no longer the Bob Hope USO. This is the Barack Obozo USO.
It’s my understanding that she’s spent thousands of dollars on plastic surgery, having almost every procedure currently available. It’s sad that she is as bitter and unhappy as ever.
Why they invited her in the 1st place is beyond me. Invite someone that’s actually funny. Invite someone who actually supports and loves her country. She’s surrounded by people that support and love their country.
Who’s next in the line up? Saul Alinsky? Julian Assange?
I don’t know of ANY funny female comics, but that’s just me.
