The law has been named "Brett's Law" in memory of Brett Chidester, a 17-year-old Salvia user who committed suicide on January 23, 2006, by intentionally poisoning himself with carbon monoxide What a bunch of bull$hit. Salvia had nothing to do with this kid offing himself. Typically when a law is called "[insert child's name]'s Law", it's statist garbage.
