The darnedest thing just happened on TV. Still happening. Obama takes Clinton to the White House press briefing room. Turns the podium over to Clinton, and leaves the room. If you didn't have the sound on your TV, it looked like Obama resigned and handed over to Clinton. Clinton still talking, setting up dueling filibuster with Bernie Sanders. Clinton at that podium is bad deja vu.

I was just thinking; "if this happened in Russia, or anywhere but here, we'd be talking coup d'etat, not comedy". I hate to think that way, but I think you're right. Either the democrats are extremely toast, or they're extremely dangerous. Either way, I don't like this. Not one bit. Except for this: Finally obama has come clean, and showed himself publicly as the sock-puppet we knew he was all along. And having a clue about the identity of the puppeteer is helpful.

well according to my facts Jimmuh was at the WH last week in a big meeting w/the ‘bam. Jimmuh never got to the podium because he’s a economic nit-wit, an obfuscator and foreign policy screw-up. But these statements are not made in defense of BillyBob ;Jimmuh just isn’t on the ball anymore and has no real clout.

What strikes me is that BHO seems so at ease (didn’t see video yet) -— like when he left the fundraiser dinner because he had to go back to WH to “walk the dog” and “scoop the poop.”
I have thought now for many months that DNC was getting ready to throw BHO under the bus. Even if HRC is not running, who stands in the wings to be the face & spokesman of the Dem Party until they decide what needs to be done?

I’m late to this thread, so this has probably been said a hundred times by now, but it sounds to me like Obama just really, really needed a smoke. I lived with a smoker for many years, and there are just certain situations that trigger an unstoppable need.
Fwiw, I do think Obama is melting down. It isn’t and won’t happen all at once, however. He will keep crumbling a bit at a time until finally not even the MSM can ignore the train wreck.
Reading the comments I have a theory. Clinton just took Obama to the cleaners, on purpose. Here’s my take: Clinton offered to say a “couple of words” to the press to help out with the tax deal, and how does Obama refuse? He can’t, of course. The rest is obvious, Clinton takes over and makes Obama look like an idiot by doing the Clinton magic.
Obama is screaming to himself right now. He knows Clinton just cut his little dingles off. Clinton will be telling this story at all the cocktail parties. “Poor Barack needed help, so I took over, just like the old days. Felt like old times”
This is rich, and people saw it happen live, with no filter. Gibbs and the rest of the inner circle are all having heart attacks right now!

Reunited and it feels so good! Looks like Bill and Hill have reconciled with their old pal, George Soros. Bill Clinton is set to be the special guest star at a fund raiser for gubernatorial candidate, Mark Dayton of Minnesota who is in a recount battle with Republican Tom Emmer.
So near and dear is Dayton to Soros that he’s hosting the bash at his New York home.

Yeah, Savage was the first radio talkshow on the air, right after this happened. Unfortunately, Savage is so not up to the task. He spent a few minutes talking about it being historic and unprecedented (which it is), then went on to talk about how it was obvious that Clinton (Bubba, not Hil) is going to run for president in 2012, because Savage believes term limits don’t apply if they’re not consecutive. Geeze, he sounded like an imbecile. Then, he capped it off with expressing his admiration for the Toon. It sucked.
I wouldn’t mind hearing that myself.

Well I’ve been surfing the channels and apparently this is MUCH TO DO ABOUT NOTHING. The mediaWHORES are delighted that BUBBA has OZERO’s back. This is one reason I despise whole heartily the mediaPUKES!! The PUKES would’ve destroyed Bush if he would have called upon former president Ford or his father to the podium...GAWD ALL HELL WOULD’VE BROKEN LOOSE!! The change in the room was immediate and palpable. The Big Dawg reminded the WH Press Corp what it’s like to have a real POTUS in charge. Clinton’s superior skills, knowledge, and experience was glaringly apparent. (e.g. William Hung vs. Luciano Pavarotti)
I am beyond stunned. Can an American be gobsmacked? If so, I am. This was one weird freaking day in American history.
