The darnedest thing just happened on TV. Still happening. Obama takes Clinton to the White House press briefing room. Turns the podium over to Clinton, and leaves the room. If you didn't have the sound on your TV, it looked like Obama resigned and handed over to Clinton. Clinton still talking, setting up dueling filibuster with Bernie Sanders. Clinton at that podium is bad deja vu.
Huh? His face is almost as red as a beet. A year eating?
Forget the sarcasm tag?
Okay that was hilarious. I feel good. Woo. Clinton, according to them, is a corporatist warmonger! They are bit-tah.
I think bammie lost HIS standing today.
As another FReeper put it, it was a Coup d' TOTUS.

Obama does not want to have to respond on the fly to anything Clinton may let slip.

Clinton: "I still spend about an hour a day trying to study this economy."
That's about an hour a day more than Obama spends on all Presidential issues combined. His day doesn't begin until 9:30 am at which time he attends his hour-long daily briefing. At around 9:50 am, he excuses himself from the meeting and asks someone to take notes for him. After that, his schedule is free for the remainder of the day.
That picture is going to give me nightmares tonight....

I don’t know what he was thinking but turning his podium over to Clinton and the *lame* excuse given made him look exceptionally weak. There is something wrong with that man.
A lot of us have been speculating that Bammie is getting ready to quit. This sure seems like a prelude to it.
I wonder if he’s been offered a UN job or something he really wants. Grand Mufti of the Universe, for example.

What I’m noticing in the first video you posted - Obama signs off on Bill Clinton and walks out without ever looking at the press or the camera. He deferred to Clinton as though he was a superior.
What was most striking to me is how his obligations to the party he had to go to, his wife and Clinton, were more important to him than addressing the press or the viewing audience.
In those few seconds, he seemed to crack from anxiety and ignore the people and the press. That is not normal behavior for a leader... he seemed to be running away. Really bizarre, and Gibbs seemed caught off guard too.
That’s sounds much more imaginative than anything they would actually broadcast.

Good question. I noticed that too. I think he called Krauthammer “brilliant” today - and we know Charles K. is NOT an Obama fan.
And Michael Goldfarb, a conservative strategist, sent in that he was “watching with no audio at the bar – Did Obama just resign?” He added moments later: “Can someone please ask about Vince Foster?”
But perhaps the best Twitter message of the afternoon goes to Ezra Klein of the Washington Post, who said: “After this, Bill Clinton is going to go sit in the Oval Office, ‘just until Obama gets back.’”
Either the democrats are extremely toast, or they’re extremely dangerous.
