ELIZABETHTOWN John B. Elliott is lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center after causing a traffic collision near the Hardin County Justice Center.
Elliott was hit by an SUV on Monday afternoon after fleeing from the Justice Center after learning there was a bench warrant issued for him. The warrant was issued when Elliott failed to attend a pre-trial conference Friday related to charges of alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and menacing.
Chased by a sheriffs deputy, Elliott ran into traffic on Dixie Avenue and was struck by a Suburban.
Elliott had a court date Tuesday in Circuit Court relating to a civil matter.
That’s an understatement!
Sounds like a future Democratic politician conducting resume enhancement activities.
Yet another case of an evil SUV jumping out and attacking someone. ;-)
EEEVIL SUV’S! And that was a civil matter?
“What are you in for buddy ?”
“For getting run over by a truck.”
