No, this type of thing is at the core of entertainment. Audiences have been entertained by animals eating people, people falling from skyscrapers, all sorts of sex on display, enactments of all sorts of unlawful, unhealthy, risky, immoral behavior.
Look at the successful cable channels and many of the successful TV shows. The one-and-only goal of entertainment is to hold the audience to what is being presented.
A friend of mine used to call them Sperm Burping whore dogs.
