Too late but I share your sentiments.
The best thing for everyone would be to kill the bill and start over again in January without the pork. A couple of smaller checks would also remind people that they are being penalized because the Dems failed to act for 2 years despite controlling government.
Mine are Inouye and Akaka. Need I say more?

The cheery gal on the other end told me Dick would be voting yes because so many of these maligned “earmarks” are really job programs that will put people to work across the country and create thousands of jobs in Illinois. I told her, “About two years ago your boss voted for a trillion dollar stimulus that was supposed to hold unemployment to 8% and create thousands of jobs in Illinois. We ain’t buying this crap anymore.”
