India on Thursday said it will continue to take up the issue of Pakistan diverting American military aid against it with the US till the time there is a "final solution" to the problem.
Defence Minister A K Antony said the past experience and track-record shows that instead of using the American military aid in the fight against Taliban, Pakistan is diverting it against India.
"This is a matter of serious concern. We have already conveyed it to them (US) and continue to do so until and unless we find a final solution," he said when asked if India had conveyed its concerns to the US on the issue.
India has been raising the issue with top US leadership in the recent past after it was found that Pakistan Army was diverting weapons and equipment supplied by the US for fighting the Taliban on its western frontiers to its eastern frontiers against India.

Pakistan is a disaster waiting to happen.
I agree. The Pakistani government is tettering on collapse. What makes is it much worse is that you are adding nuclear weapons into the equation.
Nothing new here. We’ve been supplying Pakistan with weaponry for decades and the only use the Pakistanis have ever found for those weapons is to attack India. We’re backing the wrong horse.
Not another red cent into that corrupt snake pit. Between the nuke program, general’s retirement accounts and arming against India it’s doubtful much is left over for the rest of the thieves. Must be why Powell thinks we need to be sending these liars even more cash.
Yes. I've haven't seen anything that convinces me that these weapons these weapons are in safe hands. Quite the contrary.
If Pakistan falls to Islamic revolution, we may be facing some very hard decisions.
You are correct.
I’m going to hit the sack, but in parting I’ll say your post is a must read. Take care.
Thank you very much
:)
/Sarcasm off...
IMO we’re backing the right horse and the horse is called war.
Chiang Kai-shek did the same thing with weapons we sent him to fight the Japanese; he used it to fight ChiComs instead.
The only direct combat between US soldiers and Soviet troops occurred when the expeditionary force went to Russia after the fall of the Tsar to recover weapons we had sent for Russia to use against the Central Powers (since Lenin was making peace with them).
