What is so brazen?

KLM, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, and the rest of them all do codeshare with US carriers.

But I don't know a single one of them that so blatantly points out that US government employees can get around the law by doing x, y, and z.

I actually point that out as a mark of admiration for ballsyness, not as a criticism.
