“Court decisions also carry the force of law and the SCOTUS decision of 2007 ruled that CO2 was a pollutant, which means EPA must regulate CO2.”

If you read the decision, I believe it said the EPA can regulate CO2 if the EPA found CO2 a was harmful to humans based on the best data. The trouble is the EPA is NOT using the best date. Congress could tell the EPA CO2 is not up to them to regulate and declare CO2 a non harmful gas.

“Every freakin’ agency of the federal government is given the power to create their own ‘rules and regulations.’ This has been happening for DECADES! Congress gave away their ability to handle the details eons ago.”

I’m well aware of the illegal actions by these fascist agencies. I’m also aware that the fascist congress illegally gave the bureaucrats law-making power. And I’m aware that the fascists in black robes illegally signed off on the power transfer.

Now that we know the cause of the problem, we need to fix it, don’t we?

One way to fix this is to get enough patriots in congress to destroy these fascist agencies and then impeach and remove the Marxists in black robes.

If you have a quicker and better way to solve the problem, I’m listening...

"No offense FRiend, but have you just now come out of your conservative cave"

The problem is that The Constitution has become meaningless in modern America. The Dems not only ignore it but actively campaign against it. It seems that at least half the Pubbies are in the same boat. The courts see it as an impediment to their power. And the Public, ah, the public. They are the victims of decades of Democrat propaganda - what little the Public knows of the Constitution is probably wrong. Who is to blame? As always, the people who are to blame are those who have let this happen and permitted the Dem takeover of the courts and education system. Bitter? "Yes." Clinging? "Yes, but there is decreasingly anything to cling to."

Defund the EPA. Prohibit the use of any funds to further this scheme or implement it. At least that slows things down until the next election.

Both the EPA and supreme court are legally bound to follow the Data Quality Act. Neither has. But I don’t expect the EPA or king obuma to follow the law.

The courts are as screwed up as the fascist bureaucracies.

Now that Anthropogenic Global Warming has been shown to be a hoax, what exactly is the point of controlling CO2? Oh, I remember! To set up an exchange so as to funnel money from rich countries to poor countries. So reasonable sounding explanations for the pistol held to my head don’t really mean much.

This is just a start. 20 years from now, homes will not have chimneys and backyard barbecues will all be gas powered, you will use an electric mower and weed wacker and there will be no campfires allowed.

This is coming unless the sheeple wake up, which I do NOT expect. The environmental Hitlers are just getting started.

>> While EPA is pledging a “common-sense” approach...

Define “common”.
