Obama's insular White House worries his allies (The rookie Hussein doesn't know what to do)

Obama's insular White House worries his allies
The president famously relies on a tight circle of advisors. But with Republicans running the House next year, many say Obama will need some new faces to convey a new message.
By Peter Nicholas, Washington Bureau

Reporting from Washington — In the West Wing it had become a pretty common sight: two national security aides with close ties to the president, Thomas Donilon and Denis McDonough, hurrying into the Oval Office to show him the latest piece of hot intelligence.

Some administration officials who watched the scene unfold worried that James L. Jones, the national security advisor at the time, was being left out of the loop and that Obama was being given raw reports before their meaning and import were clear.

A strong national security advisor might weed out what the president doesn't need to see. Yet Obama never quite clicked with Jones — and the absence of a personal connection with the commander in chief turned out to be a handicap.

With Republicans in charge in the House next year, the Democrats contend, Obama needs new faces who might be better suited to negotiate with a resurgent GOP and come up with a fresh alternative to the now-dated 2008 campaign message of "hope and change." Some names being tossed around: former Secretary of State Colin Powell; outgoing Pennsylvania Gov. Edward G. Rendell; and Erskine Bowles, a former chief of staff to Bill Clinton and co-chairman of Obama's deficit reduction panel.

"He's dealing with a new reality," Douglas Schoen, a pollster who advised Clinton, said in an interview.

Please do not denigrate nor scandalize the term “Boobs” in this way. The word usually is used to address some very beautiful objects!
Zero’s advisors are nothing more than Thugs, Terrorists, Communists and Slimeballs.

On your second point, I dare say that none of Us with any leadership experience would have hired Zero to run the afternoon shift at a local McDonalds, let alone command a platoon of Cook Trainees at the local Army Reserve Unit!
Limbaugh pointed out that Zero uses the Teleprompter even in his “STAFF MEETINGS!” Those Staff Meetings must be a Happening deserving of inclusion on any remake of “Animal House!”

“Hope and Change” rings hollow now but “It’s Still Bush’s Fault” may have some mileage left.

was being left out of the loop and that Obama was being given raw reports before their meaning and import were clear.

Translation: Big words replaced by simple drawings, and unsettling references to "minorities" and "Muslims" changed to "whites" and "Jews".

The AnnointedIdiot indicated to all of us that a multitude of shit was over his head when he made his “above my paygrade” comment during the early part of the 2008 pres. elections. Nothing new here....move along. =.=

O’Bummer is skilled at only two things. Getting media support and getting Democratic Congresses to pass extremely socialist measures.

That’s enough to destroy America.

The man doesn’t know how to run an office, how to work with a bureaucracy, how to delegate authority, how to expect underlings to be accountable and take responsibility, etc. He knows none of these things.

It's more than that.

The man has no concept of work. He doesn't know how. He was never taught. And he never learned how.

His idea of "getting something done" is to tell somebody else to do it.

Zero’s RINO allies will be on the Tea Party list as TOAST in 2012 and 2014 and 2016. Cleaning the DC sewer is going to take time, but we have to dedicate ourselves to this task.

I see where this is going. The Establishment Left is going to wash itself of Obama. The twin disasters of the Obama administration and presidency are going to be advertsed as the fault of Obama - his megalomania, his inexperience, his stone face - instead of as being the inevitable product of the policies and agenda of the Left, which is what they are.

In fact, he's been the most effective administrator the Left has had in generations, having completely overrode all legitimate obstacles to their agenda. They should be giving him their highest honors. Well, in the kingdom of darkness, eating your dead may very well be the highest honor.

Those raised by islam do not have a proper guidance system built in, no consciousness that guides them to make sound logical decisions.

obama was doomed before he was elected.

I had to back off him a little...for once his comments on the START Treaty seemed correct to me...but in totality, you are correct!

MRS. Palin.

The appellation "MS" is a construct of the socialist/feminazi left.
