The buns are what kills ya'. The rest of a slider is nutritious protein and vegetable matter.
You sit down and eat a CASE of those things just set aside the buns ~ and you'll be OK.

When I eat White Castle burgers I take two of them and make one burger out of them...discarding half the buns. Gut bombs are better for you that way.
