The subtext for this is obviously, Oh, those wacky conservatives and their thirst for vengeance!, but that isnt really Tucker Carlsons focus in this clip from his guest-hosting gig on Sean Hannitys Great American Panel on Fox News Channel last night. Mediaites Glenn Davis makes this the story, rather than the vast majority of the discussion, which was Barack Obamas decision to jump into the debate about Michael Vick and his second chance in football.

Tucker's still sore over his treatment by Triumph.
I wonder what he thinks should happen the teenager and doctor who killed her unborn baby on that MTV show?
Deep down, I agree with Tucker.
Some things are unforgivable.
What a ridiculous thing for Carlson to say.
Dogs are more valued in this unreal world we’ve built.
In China dogs are dinner.
Me, too! Some people want to execute Tucker ‘cause he used hyperbole, for God’s sake.
Some people will overlook anything at all if they can just be entertained.
Pathetic.
(glad that some see it the way you do)
Do you think abortionists, child molesters and those that kill others while drinking and driving should be executed as well?
This is an animal cruelty story - not an abortion story. And I think the proper question (if you’re going to go there) ought to be what Michael Vick thinks about teenagers and doctors, etc., not Tucker Carlson.
I just heard Michael Medved say some of the dogs survived - why are we making such a big deal? I wish someone here would post the photos to remind people of Vick’s crime.
Also, this is not just about “dog fighting.” He tortured and maimed these senient creatures before they died a terrible death.
I have a little Sheltie dog (11 years old!) that I brought home from the ASPCA two weeks ago. She will now have a happy home until she goes to the big shelter in the sky. When I look into her large, soft eyes I think: what if she fell in with Michael Vick?
Sentimental? You betcha! Cheers to you - and Tucker.
I’ve noticed an interesting correlation between PETA type childless women who treat every animal like a baby but would get a speeding ticket driving herself/her girlfriend to the abortionist.
This is not an animal cruelty story, its a "What would cause a national pundit to openly opine that a prominent person should have received the death penalty and being completely sincere in doing it" story.
I merely wondered why Carlson, (or any other pundit for that matter) has been so quiet on the murder of that unborn baby on the MTV program.
Now you guys are annoyed because “old maids” like dogs (actually, it’s cats)?? The correlation between pro-abortion rights and dog-love is tenuous, at best. Maybe, not even related, lol!
While, unlike your straw man old maid, I am a married lady and I’m very anti-abortion and very pro dog. Actually, I think they go hand in hand. First, cruelty towards animals, next cruelty towards humans.
Glad to see the little guy has a good home. We hope to get a dog soon too.
I have no idea what Tucker Carlson’s opinion is on abortion. He was talking about dog abuse - not abortion. Yes, he’s a national pundit, tv host and he spoke in hyperbolic, emotional terms. Big deal - what a shock! Meanwhile, our Prez has the time to go on and praise the criminal Michael Vick. Another instance of this idiot fiddling while Rome burns.
That’s great! Have patience with your new friend and you will be rewarded many times over, lol!
