The NFL announced today that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre will be fined $50,000 for the Jenn Sterger episode. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirmed the announcement on his Twitter account, writing that the NFL found no violation of league policy, during its investigation into accusations that Favre sent lewd photographs to Sterger in 2008. No violation of league policy.
At a salary of $1,000,000 per game that fine is really going to hurt him!
Follow the link. The wussification of the NFL continues. They fine Brett for not breaking any policies. Bah!
The real fine will come from Mrs. Favre.
