Huffpo/WaPo blogger "superstar" Ezra Klein reveals everthing that you knew was wrong with the left, including their claim that they're smarter and better educated than you.
This clownish juvenile deliquent who passes for informed opinion on the left is pleased to reveal that the Constitution is "over a hundred years old," and hence, out of date, irrelevant, and downright confusing.

“He was the Founding Father of JournoList.”
That says it all.

Yup. Delusional. Worldwide experience in all manner of ‘experiments’ in sovereign governance has shown the US Constitution to be key to the success of the USA, the envy of that portion of the rest of the world that has knowledge of world history. That lesson appears difficult to learn in an intellectual environment that believes it deserves to be supported by the government without any exchange of productivity.
If ezra the nancyboy wants the Constitution to fail, so be it. If anarchy prevails, which he seems to want, little does he know that he and his scrawny body would last no more than a month in a brutal lawless world.
Try reading the Constitution.
Then try reading the Obamacare bill.
Which one appears to be more confusing?
Hey Ezra,
Since you live in the DC area, writing for the washington post and all,
haven’t you been down Pennsylvania Avenue?
By the Newseum?
Congress shall make no law....HUGE LETTERS on the building.
the first words of the First Amendment.
and you don’t think the Constitution is binding?
No wonder you gutless wonders don’t understand the fact that
Obamacare declares a penalty in the law, but then Obama was asked
by George Stephanopoulos whether it was a tax? No it’s not a tax
Obama said defiantly.
Then, to cover their butts, the DOJ also put in that it was a tax in
their response to lawsuits against the individual mandate.
However, it does not fall into any allowable tax (excise, etc.)
If you knew anything Ezra, if you were a real policy wonk like you
advertize, you would have at least mentioned the friggin 1st Amendment,
or the income tax Amendment (1913).
Progressives. dumb as rocks.
Awwwww crap, not another queer looking dude. Or should I say dudete?
If the constitution ever did go away and it goes to law of the jungle, we should seek the little faggot out, grab him by his ankles and repeatedly slam him face-first into the pavement.
HAPPY...

A$$4H01E?
Is there any extra room in your foxhole? :-)
The American Constitution is an expression of the Doctrine of Negative (or Natural) Rights.
The Doctrine of Negative (or Natural) Rights comes from God, and is therefore inherent in all human beings.
To deny the binding power of the Doctrine of Negative (or Natural) Rights, therefore, is to deny the binding power of God's Law.
Game on.
Just bring a bottle of Johnnie Walker. Doesn't even have to be Black Label.
Zero Nil ekk!
Just change the ‘a’ in Ezra to an ‘o’.
Imagine what he must believe about the traditional beliefs of "indigenous pipples." [/sarcasm]
Bet he'd be the first person to scream "First Amendment!" if some local school principal edited the "f-" word out of a student newspaper.
...and as much ammo as I can carry.
:-)
Gotchur back!
