Anchorage, AK --(Ammoland.com)- The Anchorage Fish & Game Advisory Committee will hold their elections for regular seats on January 4th at 7:00 pm at the Anchorage Baptist Temple Childrens Ministry Gym, located at 6575 E Northern Lights Blvd.
The public that is interested in serving on the advisory committee is encouraged to prepare and provide an 81/2 x 11 bio for posting at the meeting for public review.
Also on the agenda will be an opportunity for public testimony. For more information contact Steve Flory at 727-3762.
This is our list of candidates below.
Just like at Matt Valley, the word is that the Antis are trying to keep a low profile hoping we do not show up as in the past or hoping that we split our vote.
They are planning a large turnout but want to keep it off the net till the last possible minute. Their goal is to be in place in order to stop Predator management in region 4 in March.
I can not stress enough how much as been accomplished in the last year. We have finally removed the members who were attempting to keep the AAC from it s mission. Now we need to insure progress in the next year. There will be 2 Alternates appointed by the committee per regulation, these posts are a spring board to the full seats so if you have anyone who is interested please forward the information to Steve Flory 727-3762.
Please vote for the following pro hunting, pro gun candidates:
* Mark Campbell * Joel Doner * Bruce Morgan * Kevin Sparrowgrove * Zach Stubs * Grant Klotz

Of interest PING!
Shouldn’t the FCC be preventing us from warning each other about these types of takeovers?
Isn’t this EXACTLY the type of information that Net Neutrality is designed to squelch?
Where is the FCC when the leftists really need them?
We live 600 miles out from Anchorage and our road is closed until May. snow 15 foot deep on summits.
Any misfortune they have is their own fault. Electing the COW will prove that.
Good job by The Anchorage Second Amendment Task Force. Patriots need to realize that there’s more to clean up than just DC. These left wing fascists live in your neighborhoods and run for local government seats to destroy your freedoms.
Patriots need to clean up the fascist and commie scum in their own neighborhoods.
This has been happening throughout the lower 48 for many years. Anti-hunters and gun control friends have gotten on zoning boards and town councils to legislate decades-old hunting preserves and gun clubs away from residential areas and towns, some just a few years old.
Where in Alaska do you live? I use to live there many moons ago.
Would someone please let Palin know.
4 miles from Canadian border on the Yukon. Been here 10 years, since moving here from the MatSu. Doubt, I could ever move back to paved roads, cell towers, grocery stores & malls and most of all property taxes. I’ve gotten to accustomed to the rural life, space, and peace of mind it gives me.
When Palin was gov, she could care less what the greenies & wolf luvers had to say. Once a couple years back, she saw to it that our GMU got the funding to have emergency heli wolf control. They got 88 wolves in 3 days (right where I call home), until they smartened up and stayed in the thick stuff. It took the wolf luvers 3 days to even find out what was going on and get an injunction to stop it, ha. By then they had got most they were going to get as we needed new snow to find fresh tracks. Palin is our friend, no doubt about it, and she has the common sense to do the right thing.
Nice story. We need someone like her in the White House.
I understand. I has a buddy who moved from Ohio to Delta Junction back in 1986. As far as I know, he has never been back and loves it up there. I once lived in Anchorage, which was 1/2 hour drive from the real Alaska. In my opinion, Alaska is our greatest treasure.
Are you close to Eagle?
Outside a few miles, ever been here?
Flown into Dawson a few times. May have stopped at Eagle. Too long ago. LOL
Glad to hear that. I’m chomping at the bit waiting for 2012.
