More on the traveling teleprompter. BTW, did anyone ever compile the final cost of the India / Asia huge vacation for friends and cronies trip? I know a billion had been floated. It would be good to know the final bill.

He has no ability to speak extemporaneously. This is obvious to even a less-than-casual observer.
The man is - quite simply - not that bright...or perhaps not bright at all.

How true is it that using teleprompters is a common enough practice in the US? Did George W. Bush use them regularly? How about other prominent politicians of today or the recent past?
