Don’t know where you live, but I went to a WinCo store the other day and was blown away. I have been used to either overpriced unioin stores and WalMart and this WinCo was an old school supermarket. The quality seemed top notch and the prices beat WalMart (dramatically in the bulk food section), and it was clean, well stocked and organized.
From what I understand, they are part employee owned, so maybe that has a lot to do with it. Not really on subject, but I was pretty impressed.

Probably a nice way to get forced into retirement with full benefits.
So basically a bunch of welfare queens got wasted on the taxpayer dime?
That is not exactly news.
Rudy IS a very prickly SOB. He ran NYC as if he were Mussolini cleaning up Naples. And, he got it done, making the City almost livable for ordinary people for a while; a whole lot safer, and a whole lot cleaner. By golly, it was even worth a visit!
Unfortunately, New York is a very Left-Wing Place. The wealthy Bill Ayers-type Lefties living there knew they were in trouble, so they deigned to let Rudy do his thing. After Rudy restored order and sanity, they then promptly turned on him like the treacherous rabid commie-loving dogs they actually are.
The Blacks turned on him because he was tough on crime, the Jewish Liberals turned on him because he wasn't a Jewish Liberal, The Hispanics turned on him because he was tough on their lawless neighborhoods, The Irish and Italians in the City Unions turned on him because he fought'em, the school system turned on him, and he was in grave danger of having to retreat to Staten Island, which is still inhabited by some kinds of people Americans might recognize.
If 9/11 had not occurred, Rudy would probably have been lynched! Fuggedaboutit. Completely normal. Nowadays, this is what commonly happens to any normal white man in America who just does his job properly. Since Bloomberg (whose picture is in the Dictionary under RINO and also under Jewish Liberal) took over, the progress Rudy made toward having this seething urban mess rejoin America has been set back 150 years. Fire the incompetent SOBs? Hell no! Bloomie will be osculating the hindquarters of every incompetent affirmative action front end loader driver in the union.
IMHO, NYC voters are major ani and New York City should be separated as a new State, so New York State, which is a beautiful place inhabited by some great people could rejoin the human race, American Branch. NYC? Since the Liberals love Chavez for Life in Venezuela, wet their pants for an interview with Fidel, and think Barack is the greatest thing since canned Okra, why don't they like the idea of Rudy as Mayor for Life?
