They’re probably both pregnant, too!
That is part of the fences jorge and jerkoff built, wast of tax payers money.!
Yeah that’s why you have fence, then patrol track:
that fennce is DESIGNED to fail.
That is a napolitano fence.
If you watch the video, these girls are Americans. Their on the US side of the border. You can hear both of them speaking English in the audio.
They are cute....*slaps face to came back to reality*
Big surprise, there. “The damn wall” was always a really stupid idea.
Same fence, 5,000 volts. Problem solved.
Never understood the call for a fence. Like the intellectual heirs of those who built MesoAmerican pyramids won’t be able to figure ladder technology?
Immigration reform should focus on employers and landlords. No job, nowhere to live, no problem!
cool! I didn’t know a string of - or = would do that
Build a moat with sharks with frickin’ laser beams attached to their heads.
“a really stupid idea.”
read posts 4 & 5. Don’t be so reactionary.
Have opinions, or don’t have opinions. But for heaven’s sake, don’t have opinions that waver in the slightest wind. What the hell are opinions like that worth to anyone?
Better yet, genetically engineer sharks with laser beams that come out of their eyes.
Like Jurassic Park. It’ll be great. :p
It needs a minefield about 100 yards wide.
Which, come to think of it might be less than the cost of supporting multiple generations of welfare- and drug-addicted, uneducated, low-wage workers who don't speak our language.
a REAL wall works wonders.
Look at suicide bombers in israel when they built AND PATROL their real wall.
This was designed to be illegal alien friendly.
Is that really all there is to the fence? No razor wire, no barbwire?
You could put cameras every 100 yards. 1960 mile border, 5280 feet/mile. 1960*5280/3 = 3,449,600 yards. = 34,496 cameras.
34,496 cameras * $300 per camera = $10,348,800.
Unfortunately, snipers and anti-personel mines were never even considered. I think the fence remains a good idea but it certainly can’t work without concurrent changes in border policies and procedures.
Razor wire would slack them off a bit. but a fence with no patrols is no good.
Someone’s been doing her rope climbs.
If it's stupid, it's stupid. The wall was always a stupid idea, and I have been saying so long before your lamentable debut on this site.
These girls merely demonstrated the point.
A little barbed wire might help. But that would be racist, probably. Or it might hurt a bird, and PETA would get angry.
The answer, according to these chicks, is to start spending US taxpayers money in Mexico. Good Grief.....
Sounds like another Federal fraud perpetrated on We the People.....
They come here because Americans give them money to come here. Take care of that, and you don't have to worry about enacting East Germany's border policies.
The Great Wall of China, Maginot Line, Siegfried Line and Atlantic Wall all worked so well, didn’t they?
Title IX benefit.
That is why the Secure Fence Act mandated double fencing, of the type very hard to climb, in addition to a high speed border patrol road in between AND cameras and sensors.
Like I said, “I think the fence remains a good idea but it certainly cant work without concurrent changes in border policies and procedures.” But, having said that, I think the current state affairs warrants more of an east german approach. This is not a matter of a few thousand individuals, it’s a matter of millions of individuals which makes it an invasion. That warrants AP mines and snipers. America will never go for that though so get used to pressing 1 for English.
Simple solution - manufacture the poles with razor-sharp shards protruding out at an angle.
Voila - mexican shish kabobs!
No, it's a good idea but it needs the proper armament on the US side. I recommend a 50 cal every 200 yards, regular armed patrols, and the occasional helicopter strafe. Plus nearby forces that can amass in case of a large-scale break-in.
Thats one thing the Commies could do was build a fence that worked.
Professional pole dancers from the local bar
The Berlin Wall wouldn’t have worked, unless it was manned by soldiers who were willing to shoot to kill, and having landmines placed in ‘no man’s land.’
Let’s see them try it with backpacks and a couple pinatas in tow.
Ha, in many places there's absolutely nothing. One cactus is on Mexico's side and the next cactus is on this side of the imaginary line.
Except that they didn’t go over the top and drop down to the other side without breaking a leg, which is arguably the most important part if you are going to claim you defeated a fence.
Oh, wonderful. Apparently not content to address the problem at its actual source, which would be cheaper and more effective, you instead to propose a shoot-to-kill policy that would never be enacted in any case.
“The wall was always a stupid idea, and I have been saying so long before your lamentable debut on this site”
I see - you are part of the problem. Thanks I wanted to confirm that.
Twenty five years ago I was taught the average barbed -wire topped chainlink fence ten feet high would delay a team of three or more less than a minute, using only a blanket or tarp, maybe a poncho..Hardly a full solution.
Not to worry -- any well-equipped crossing party would be armed with ladders, ramps, or even a convenient crane -- all of which would be quicker and safer. And of course, explosives (readily available among the Mexican criminal element) would take care of the problem entirely.
Ammunition isn't expensive, and Mexico can pay for the funerals. Plus, it would only take a handful of carcasses to discourage the rest.
Given that the wussies in Washington wouldn't accept my logical, workable solution, what would you recommend to stop the influx of illegals and persuade the ones that are here to go home?
How about putting 600 volts across it? (With appropriate bilingual signage, of course.)
Oh yeah, actually have the USBP on the border patrolling it. No amount of barrier is effective without people monitoring it.
It would only be reasonable to electrify a secondary fence. A first must be conventional. Heck yeah.
