Careful for what you wish for. I can remember when it was Republicans talking about the "nuclear option" to do away with filibusters.

This is all about the Supreme Court. Darth Vader Ginsberg turns 77 this year and has been in poor health. This is the last gasp effort by the extreme left to leave their mark on America. They know the jig is up for another 30 years, so they are giving it everything they have.

might think about whether they will want that freight train in two years if it is the Tea Party Express,' he said. That thought should cool their jets.

Careful for what you wish for. I can remember when it was Republicans talking about the "nuclear option" to do away with filibusters.
They talked about the nuclear option or the constitutional option because the RATs decided to "threaten" filibuster on judges, in essence making the votes necessary to confirm a judge 60 instead of the simple majority deemed necessary in the Constitution.
THIS discussion is just ANOTHER RAT unprecedented abuse of power by trying to use a simple majority to change the cloture rule, even though current rules state that a 2/3 majority is needed to change Standing Rules.....

frustrated by Republicans' success in using the filibuster
As predicted, the MSM cannot help but write articles with the premise of "How can this story best help the RATs" in mind.
