heckler in the visitor's gallery of Congress interrupted the reading of the Constitution on Thursday, interjecting that she doubted President Obama is a U.S. citizen.
Rep. Frank Pallone, D-NJ, was reading a passage stipulating that any sitting U.S. president must also be a natural-born U.S. citizen, when the heckler shouted, "except Obama, except Obama."
The reading of the Constitution was halted and the heckler escorted from the House by police. Her identity is unknown as of this writing.
House Speaker John Boehner said he believes Obama's citizenship is bona fide, contrary to the beliefs of many so-called "birther" conservatives. I would have heckled the necessary and proper clause, and the general welfare clause, and all of article 3.
Dissappointing that Boehmer is accepting citizenship as equal to “Natural Born” Citizenship.
“except Obama, except Obama.”
The person may actually have been a serious Hussein fan.
What about the Second Amendment-?! How about taking it seriously-!!!
Why? On what evidence?
As we get closer & closer to the 2012 election look for the majority of birthers to be DEMOCRATS wanting to dump Obummer and run with Hillary.
It was Obama that was heckled, IMO, not the reading of the Constitution
Curiously, the whereabouts of Orly Taitz could not be verified.
Inquiries to the Sanitarium where she resides have gone unanswered.
Is this guy just stooopid, or what? He should have kept his mouth shut.
Apparently, Obama has a faith based citizenship.
I don't think Boehner is the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Boehmer isn’t the the strongest but he will delegate.
Who knows? The guy is so emotional, I think he wishes every happy thing were true.
Ha! Ha! I like that this happened to Frank Pallone. He’s smooth as glass but I’ll bet this ruffled him up a bit.
House Speaker John Boehner first drank and cried.
“House Speaker John Boehner said he believes Obama’s citizenship is bona fide”
HUH!!! that explains why hankie has a 94% ACU rating and Bachmann has 100% poor judgment!
When news first broke I that it was Chrissy Matthews calling out from the gallery.
