I would recommend simply googling Stuxnet and reading some of the technical journals.
In brief, the virus altered the speed of the centrifuges (while it reported back the correct speed), so U238 and U235 got mixed together in a manner that is worthless for weaponization. Toweards the end, the centrifuges were sped up out of control to mechanically break them.
Radioactive materials were also intentionally released into the labs, hopefully giving the technitions something to glow about.
