Accused Tucson Gunman Described as 'Pot-smoking Loner'
KTLA ^ | 7:27 p.m. PST, January 8, 2011 | KTLA staff

TUSCON, Ariz ( KTLA) -- Jared Lee Loughner, the alleged Tucson gunman, was described Saturday as a politically radical loner. Now an internet trail emerged in which he apparently railed against the US government and told friends: "Please don't be mad at me".

There are unconfirmed reports that 22 year old Jared Lee Loughner once met with Rep. Giffords in 2007. A former high school friend said that he had often talked about meeting and talking with the congresswoman.

Arizona court records show Loughner has twice been charged with previous offenses. The first, in October 2007, related to the possession of drug paraphernalia. It was unclear what the second, a year later, related to. Both charges were dismissed after Loughner completed a "diversion program".

People who knew him described him as philosophical, a person who read a lot of books. On his YouTube page, Loughner listed among his favorite books "The Communist Manifesto," "Siddhartha," "The Old Man And The Sea," "Gulliver's Travels," "Mein Kampf," "The Republic" and "Meno."

One former high school friend Tweeted about knowing the accused gunman: "He was a pot head and into rock, like Hendrix, The Doors, Anti-Flag," she wrote. "I haven't seen him in person since 2007 in a sign language class. As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal and oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy. He had a lot of friends until he got alcohol poisoning in 2006 and dropped out of school. Mainly a loner, very philosophical."

Anybody remember how "right wing violence" was named by the major media as the implied cause for the Kennedy assassination in the first hours?

Here from his youtube posting:

“BoyBlue’s diary :: ::

Fast forward to this election season. A weirdo asshole named Jesse Kelly who advocated ELIMINATING Social Security and was a tea bagger favorite got the GOP nom to run against her. I am gay and had been married and my spouse left me January 15, 2010. I shot myself in the mouth in a serious suicide attempt, because of that. Barely surviving, I spent two months in the hospital and still have some paralysis. I did receive a severance from my employer, as i had been laid off in December, 2009. That may have been part of the reason my spouse left me.

Anyway, after months of physical and mental rehab, I got back into the political scene and started working for Gabby once again. I raised over $100,000 for her and maxed her out myself out of my severance, even though i still don’t have work and could not qualify for state aid because of my severance.

She wins her re-election and told me she was still a supporter of Speaker Pelosi at her victory party. We talked about how Nancy Pelosi was a successful woman and accomplished oh so much in just four years as Speaker.

Today, just a little while ago, I saw on Andrea Mitchell Reports (out of the one eye in can still see out of) that Giffords voted AGAINST Nancy Pelosi as our Minority Leader. Rhetorical question: I fought back from my condition and jumped in with both feet to help Gabrielle Giffords for THIS shit???

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is dead to me now. I won’t lift a finger, make one phone call, nor will i EVER vote for her in the future. And why did she do this? Giffords never told me she was conservative Democrat. And her voting record is okay. Damn. “

NO, it was 1963, it seems odd... as the ‘right wing’ statements didn’t really catch on, until Hillary accused them of inventing things to hurt Bill Clinton.

He is a run of the mill lefty who just did what all lefties endorse: shut up anyone you disagree with, using force if necessary.

Here we have someone who personally knew him desribing him as “left-wing,” a pothead listening to The Doors and Jimi Hendrix, yer already the word has gone around the world that he’s a product of Sarah Palin and the Tea Party movement.

FWIW: Our local (Leftard) media is saying (10pm report) that the gunman opened fire on THE CROWD...the ‘Rat Rep. was NOT singled out as the main target.

Just some poor kid the rats used to get the vote on health care postponed. The one to feel sorry for is the Congress woman they felt they could off without remorse for the “cause”. Except that she survived. A federal judge didn’t make it thought. oops. The rats are absolutely without conscience of any kind.

. . . yet already the word has gone around the world that he’s a product of Sarah Palin and the Tea Party movement.

No one in their right mind would consider this wacko a "product" of conservative principles. One could surmise, however, that conservative principles were such anathema that they drove him over the edge. Not even Giffords was conservative enough.

boyblue IS NOT the shooter. Critical thinking people. The shooter is 22. In 2002 he would have been 14. That actually isn’t even from the guys youtube, its from the DailyKos and it is an excerpt.

Do we know for sure that the Kos poster “Blueboy” is the shooter?

I haven’t seen that connection made yet.

Same deal as Lee Harvey not being the shooter — the shooter was the freaking driver of the limo if you watch the video.

Has it been confirmed that he's "Boy Blue"? If so, he's also flaming homo.

A flaming homo libtard who's also a flag burning anti-American. Hmmmm....had he gotten into the Army, they'd have had another Bradley Manning on their hands. Only this one probably would've fragged his fellow troops instead of handing top secret documents over to Julian ASSange.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

“Right Wing” was commonly used B.C. (Before Clinton) The Clinton’s can’t lay claim to that one.
