A comment on the big government website inicated that the murdered judge had indicated he was going to make a ruling against the Obama admin. Sounded really credible.
Maybe he was the actual target and all of this other was cover. Maybe we should be looking into that.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
I see the picture of that precious 9-year-old girl and it tears me apart. The little ones always get caught in the crossfire between the powerful political players and it’s so, so wrong. Not that the adult lives lost are less tragic, but the senseless slaughter of someone so obviously innocent is so stark.

I don’t know because I’ve never used a gun, but to shoot in the head a specific target at point-blank range and they come out of it with the surgeon optimistic for excellent recovery.... that doesn’t seem quire right to me.
From the descriptions of eyewitnesses, the people there were hemmed in by posts and other stuff so they were basically sitting ducks. To shoot off some rounds where everybody there was a sitting duck and come out of it with 6 casualties doesn’t seem like that great of a shot to me.
But like I said, I’ve never used a gun so I may be totally off-base here.

I don’t know about that, but someone in the comments section at big government posted a very disturbing comment about this judge indicating he was going to rule against the O admin. He even had a case #.
I am just thinking things aren’t always how they are seen.
If we just focus on Giffords, we might be missing something.
Apparently, nobody had a clue as to just how unstable this Loughner character is, yet a few days ago, the Ultimate Fighting Champ Jacob Voilkmann trash talks about wanting to”knock some sense into that idiot” Obama and the Secret Service converge on the guy like flies on sh*t! Something, pardon the pun, stinks to high Heaven here.
I believe there are four or five background checks to buy a gun (well at least a CWP). You don’t need a note from your psychiatrist to buy a gun.
18 hits in 31?? only six kills?? at point-blank or near range? Not anywhere near "good" marksmanship (thankfully).
If just one citizen other than the killer had been armed a lot of lives and injury could have been prevented. A whole group of unarmed citizens were sitting ducks. sad.
