LOL I am going to watch the show in my Mom’s room..my bedroom just got finished being painted so I can’t get my fanny back in until Tuesday..but at least I’ll have the TV all to myself..and yeah I HATE watching in the kitchen
I kinda wish Sarah would have an episode introducing the much maligned OIL industry in Alaska and how important they are in supplying energy to the lower 48.
Maybe a visit to ANWR would have been a great scene as well.
I’m going to buy the DVD, even though I TIVO’d the episodes.

I have to be honest I am sad to see the series end. Unfortunately I have to work again tonight. I stay up to watch the show then I don’t get enough sleep for the day. Oh well it is my Friday.

LOL. Freshly painted room. Excellent. He can watch in the kitchen. It’s been football *all* day. I’m sick of it.
They have a thing they set up for people, like a tourist thing, where I was. It was an actual gold mine, though, by some permafrost.
They get touchy about their permafrost up there, as it’s fragile.
I was on business and had some time to kill one afternoon.
I think there are some mines in the lower 48, especially in CA.
