My dtrs a teacher. They have no rights. The administration and NEA are the bigbosses. It’s almost impossible to get a disruptive kid removed. Just one kid can keep the other 25 from learning - educational redistribution. She loves her kids, loves teaching, works 3-4 hrs extra each night w/o compensation. I’ve tried to get her to quit but she’ll never leave it. She was born a teacher...

It’s ridiculous. Someone might get offended if a student is viewed as having a “problem.”

I wonder how far a teacher and/or administration would have to go to get some real help in this sort of situation. There is obviously too much red tape involved. A big, sarcastic “thank you” to the PC crowd.
