Michael Savage donated at least $5000 that we know of to democrat/marxist Jerry Brown, who is for amnesty for illegals and is the current governor of California.

Savage called for the resignation of the Republican Speaker of the House when the big media came out with their Foley fake scandal.

Unfairly Bashing Palin.

These are just 3 examples of hundreds that I know of that proves Michael Savage is a leftist mole, the Berkley graduate, liberal, who hung out with communists for years in San Francisco.

While I am a Savage listener and have always applauded
his calling the left what they are-—MARXIST.
I get really POd at his disregard for Sarah, as well as the other talkers on our side.
Maybe he is starting to realize that she is best one out there
at this time.

Democrats and the media need to be called out on the shameful political opportunism and baseless accusations.

It needs to be pointed out how they’re so morally bankrupt that they would take advantage of the pain and suffering of the victims of this tradgedy.

Geez. Micheal Wiener the closet Lib Rat, Jerry Browns fat cat donor, now likes Palin. Who cares. He is the least relevant talkers on radio. In between whining that there is no justice in America because a foreign country doesn't want him and his ramblings on what him in the dog ate last night, I am surprised he has time for current events.

Have you read his recent book Trickle Up Poverty? My guess is no based on your previous post. Obviously you do not like Michael Savage.

To call Mike a liberal is quite a stretch. I listen to him pretty regular. Michael is probably the biggest conservative radio without a doubt. Oh the most intelligent and has written multiple books (not just political).

All of your points are out of context, and I know you know that.

I do listen to him. That is why I distrust him. He is always ranting about his not being allowed in Briton. Who cares. A county does not have to let you in if they don’t want. Why the donations to Brown? He is the type of politician he rails against. Why is he constantly ranting against the other right wing talkers above him in the food chain? Rush, Hannity or Beck have never mentioned him. Why the jealousy? Finally what is this strange obsession with this dead military man? He has no evidence other than MacHinernies belief that his friend wouldn’t do this.

If you listen closer he says he is Conservative, but rails against those who actually are trying to push the agenda. He just says stuff that puts my radar up. I believe he’s a SF Lib just doing a gig for cash. His son swims around with the ultra left Hollywood types peddling his energy drinks and Mike tags along sometimes with no problems.

Like millions of Americans I learned of the tragic events in Arizona on Saturday, and my heart broke for the innocent victims. No words can fill the hole left by the death of an innocent, but we do mourn for the victims’ families as we express our sympathy.

I agree with the sentiments shared yesterday at the beautiful Catholic mass held in honor of the victims. The mass will hopefully help begin a healing process for the families touched by this tragedy and for our country.

Our exceptional nation, so vibrant with ideas and the passionate exchange and debate of ideas, is a light to the rest of the world. Congresswoman Giffords and her constituents were exercising their right to exchange ideas that day, to celebrate our Republic’s core values and peacefully assemble to petition our government. It’s inexcusable and incomprehensible why a single evil man took the lives of peaceful citizens that day.

There is a bittersweet irony that the strength of the American spirit shines brightest in times of tragedy. We saw that in Arizona. We saw the tenacity of those clinging to life, the compassion of those who kept the victims alive, and the heroism of those who overpowered a deranged gunman.

Like many, I’ve spent the past few days reflecting on what happened and praying for guidance. After this shocking tragedy, I listened at first puzzled, then with concern, and now with sadness, to the irresponsible statements from people attempting to apportion blame for this terrible event.

President Reagan said, “We must reject the idea that every time a law’s broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.” Acts of monstrous criminality stand on their own. They begin and end with the criminals who commit them, not collectively with all the citizens of a state, not with those who listen to talk radio, not with maps of swing districts used by both sides of the aisle, not with law-abiding citizens who respectfully exercise their First Amendment rights at campaign rallies, not with those who proudly voted in the last election.

The last election was all about taking responsibility for our country’s future. President Obama and I may not agree on everything, but I know he would join me in affirming the health of our democratic process. Two years ago his party was victorious. Last November, the other party won. In both elections the will of the American people was heard, and the peaceful transition of power proved yet again the enduring strength of our Republic.

Vigorous and spirited public debates during elections are among our most cherished traditions. And after the election, we shake hands and get back to work, and often both sides find common ground back in D.C. and elsewhere. If you don’t like a person’s vision for the country, you’re free to debate that vision. If you don’t like their ideas, you’re free to propose better ideas. But, especially within hours of a tragedy unfolding, journalists and pundits should not manufacture a blood libel that serves only to incite the very hatred and violence they purport to condemn. That is reprehensible.

There are those who claim political rhetoric is to blame for the despicable act of this deranged, apparently apolitical criminal. And they claim political debate has somehow gotten more heated just recently. But when was it less heated? Back in those “calm days” when political figures literally settled their differences with dueling pistols? In an ideal world all discourse would be civil and all disagreements cordial. But our Founding Fathers knew they weren’t designing a system for perfect men and women. If men and women were angels, there would be no need for government. Our Founders’ genius was to design a system that helped settle the inevitable conflicts caused by our imperfect passions in civil ways. So, we must condemn violence if our Republic is to endure.

As I said while campaigning for others last March in Arizona during a very heated primary race, “We know violence isn’t the answer. When we ‘take up our arms’, we’re talking about our vote.” Yes, our debates are full of passion, but we settle our political differences respectfully at the ballot box – as we did just two months ago, and as our Republic enables us to do again in the next election, and the next. That’s who we are as Americans and how we were meant to be. Public discourse and debate isn’t a sign of crisis, but of our enduring strength. It is part of why America is exceptional.

No one should be deterred from speaking up and speaking out in peaceful dissent, and we certainly must not be deterred by those who embrace evil and call it good. And we will not be stopped from celebrating the greatness of our country and our foundational freedoms by those who mock its greatness by being intolerant of differing opinion and seeking to muzzle dissent with shrill cries of imagined insults.

Just days before she was shot, Congresswoman Giffords read the First Amendment on the floor of the House. It was a beautiful moment and more than simply “symbolic,” as some claim, to have the Constitution read by our Congress. I am confident she knew that reading our sacred charter of liberty was more than just “symbolic.” But less than a week after Congresswoman Giffords reaffirmed our protected freedoms, another member of Congress announced that he would propose a law that would criminalize speech he found offensive.

It is in the hour when our values are challenged that we must remain resolved to protect those values. Recall how the events of 9-11 challenged our values and we had to fight the tendency to trade our freedoms for perceived security. And so it is today.

Let us honor those precious lives cut short in Tucson by praying for them and their families and by cherishing their memories. Let us pray for the full recovery of the wounded. And let us pray for our country. In times like this we need God’s guidance and the peace He provides. We need strength to not let the random acts of a criminal turn us against ourselves, or weaken our solid foundation, or provide a pretext to stifle debate.

America must be stronger than the evil we saw displayed last week. We are better than the mindless finger-pointing we endured in the wake of the tragedy. We will come out of this stronger and more united in our desire to peacefully engage in the great debates of our time, to respectfully embrace our differences in a positive manner, and to unite in the knowledge that, though our ideas may be different, we must all strive for a better future for our country. May God bless America.

- Sarah Palin

BS, nothing about Savage is real even its name is fake.Savage is a fake, an act for millions of $,AND it constantly like the mainstream media reporters uses its position of trust among its listeners to sway their listeners to not vote for Republicans and so help democrats

Here on this thread is proof that Savage donated to Jerry Brown and other freepers on this thread prove Savage is a fake:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1720425/posts

. Thousands of times it has said that there is no difference between the parties: So what effect do you all think that has on his brainwashed listeners who are mostly conservative or who would have mostly voted Republican? Of course that depresses conservative turnout and voting for Republicans which helps democrats get elected which is what it and the media want. So it is making millions of you listeners, selling you its stupid books , brainwashing you, and still gets to push it's anti-capitalism, anti-Republican agenda.

Savage donated $5000 to Jerry Brown governor of California who is a democrat/liberal/marxist that is pro-amnesty for illegals etc.

He puts on an act for millions each year.

Look at its history too and what it has said. Many of you don't know economics, about socialism . This creep is a socialist commie and sometimes puts on an act to say nationalistic things and you call that conservative. Ridiculous.

Ahh you are a Republican party type first before conservatism and country. That explains it.

You really think the Republican party is a conservative alternative to the Socialist/Communist Democrat party? The Republicans blew up the size of government under Bush (minus all the September 11th response). It was the largest expansion since Lyndon Johnson and the largest in the history of our nation.

Then the Republicans run a Putz like McCain who bashed North Carolina Republicans who called Obama by his middle name. The Republicans are barely conservative and it’s why the Tea party. The Republicans have not been good since Reagan. Even Nixon created expanded the size government with departments like the Environmental Protection Agency. Which is a complete joke.

Mike Savage has talked about protecting our Borders, Language and Culture since 1994. While Republican water carriers like Rush was pushing NAFTA (which is a complete failure), and ignoring illegal immigration.

A lot of radio host, celebrities, etc use a false name for safety and privacy. So that is really a moot point. They don’t have to it’s up to the host. What is Rush’s education qualifications besides being a jr. college drop out and radio DJ? Hannity never even went to college. Did he even graduate from High School? I know his previous job was putting up dry wall. Hannity is a also a worshiper of Bush 43 who was without a doubt a fiscal Socialist.

The ONLY fiscal thing that Bush ever did that was on the right track was the tax cut in his first term. One of his first list of things to do. After that it was pretty much all fiscal irresponsibility. You seem to forgot what Liberal Bush was... Don’t let the media and press lead you around by the nose to believe Bush was a conservative. That’s a joke.

Look at this link?

http://www.usdebtclock.org/

Do you believe this is because the Democrats only. The Republicans have a big part of this too. Admitting THAT alone should tell you about the Republican party and fiscal responsibility.

Perhaps you are use to all Republicans are good and all Democrats are bad talk? Look at their (The Republicans) actions and not what they say. Yes I agree with Mike Savage that Republicans are not that different from the Democrats. Taxes and defense spending is about the only difference I see. The Republicans are equivalent to the Democrats 30 years ago.

LOL. Incredible how you all are controlled by this Savage and the liberal mainstream media.Look at you savage followers making fools of yourselves believing the liberal mainstream media and the liberal “savage” LOL .

Democrats created almost all government agencies and no democrat is for deporting illegals nor for abolishing a government agency.

the Democrats had complete control of Congress for almost all the years since 1932. Only in 14 years from 1994 to 2006 did Republicans only have a simple majority. And in those years Republicans appointed 2 conservative justices, stopped Amnesty and many socialist bills like Clinton's government healthcare , and thousands of other socialist bills from coming to the floor that democrats introduced in their Lame Duck session which Republicans again stopped most of those country destroying bills.

LOL! I wish the Republicans were like you say, but they are not. Oh and your history is so off I don’t even know where to start? My suggestion is to read more books.

To say Savage is a liberal/Socialist/Communist while the Republicans are conservative is a joke. He is far more conservative than Rush or Hannity. So you must think Bush 41, 43 was a conservative and John McCain are conservatives? Are you kidding me?

I highly suggest you read the following books from Michale Savage.

Trickle Up Poverty
Liberalism is a Mental Disorder
The Enemy Within

Do those book titles above sound Liberal to you? I podcast Savage and without a doubt he is probably the most conservative radio host. I happen to notice that Rush lifts ideas and sayings from Savage too and pretends he came up with it. I just know this because I listen to both.

If you really understand what is a conservative, then you are dead wrong. However, if you do not, then I can understand what you are writing. I use to think like you 20 years ago. Just saying.

Savage has also said he pretty much agrees with all her politics. He has expressed real concerns about her viability as a candidate, not because he doesn't like her, but because he doesn't want four more years of Obama. I have to say I share some of his concerns. I think she's a great woman, and would make a terrific president. I would vote for her, and campaign for her. Having said that, the fact remains that many otherwise rational, and even right leaning people who are not political watchers have been exposed to so much negative agit-prop about her that they sense there must be a fire under all the smoke. It's no fault of her own, but it is a political reality that she would have to overcome.

I've made the unfortunate mistake of trying to find a talk radio station in another state a few times.

It's the only reason I've listened to Michael Savage twice in my life.

I have to admit to being disgusted. I hope he continues to say she's unelectable and stupid (I've read that on FR), because he's sure not going to be much of an intellectual ally.

Savage is a dunce. He and Hannity should go on the road together as Dim and Dimmer.

I've listened to that creep Savage for a few years. I can't count the many times this socialist attacked Republicans, attacked capitalism like big oil, called for gun laws after the west virginia shooting.

Look I wouldn’t care if this idiot Savage faked being a conservative to make millions. But it wasn't happy just making millions with its act. It worked for years on its radio show to bring down Republicans. Guess most of you don't understand basic logic. When you have ONLY 2 parties and you constantly bash Republicans to a conservative audience of millions guess who that helps ? That helps Democrats as it suppresses conservative turnout for Republicans which is it's goal. This Savage is having and eating its cake too. It is hurting America by helping the democrat party and at the same time it is using his listeners to fund his anti-Republican , pro -democrat, pro socailism,anti-capitalism campaign.

You his listeners are helping this moron to destroy America .You all are funding this savage’s campaign to help democrats. I can't count the thousands of times this Savage blamed Republicans for “spending like drunken sailors” when almost all this government and spending is mandated and was created by democrat laws passed by democrat congresses. Even if it were true but it isn't bashing Republicans to a bunch of conservative followers who look up to this creep, helps democrats

Savage bashes Democrats all the time and Republicans that act like Liberals/Socialist and or Communist. I have some of his other nonpolitical books. There is no doubt he is conservative.

Yes he will not carry the water for Republicans like Rush. I don’t know how anyone can listen to him night after night and think he is a liberal. He attacks liberals all the time. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree.

The Republican party use to be a conservative party, but it’s really not that way anymore. Why do you think we have terms like RINO??? They compromise too much and grow government. Just at a slower pace than Democrats. And THAT is the problem. I’ll admit they sound conservative when they run but once in office its the same old game.

You know, I listen to savage because i live in a remote area. I do agree with alot of what he says but, i gotta say that he brags about himself to the point of narcissism and supports the same BS harry anslinger spewed about pot that we know for 75 years to be false. Just like when he says Sarah cant win against the putz obama. He never offers any proof. Listen to him. He always hangs up on people right when they are citing the truth. The truth is out there. Neither right nor left wish you to persue it.
