The 2012 campaign begins...

I dont care about his speech really. His speech writers had a few days to hammer out a decent speech.
When Obama got the initial tone of the venue, he should have stopped and toned down that crowd. The university officals should have done that as well. I was shock and disgusted at the whole thing.
Tee shirts? Consessions? What an insult to the families who lost loved ones and the wounded.

All they needed to do, if they wanted this event to be solemn, is to make an announcement at the beginning of the event and say something like: "Attention everyone! This is a solemn memorial event. Please treat this event as if your own mother or child had died in the massacre and this was her funeral"
But they didn't bother as this was really an Obama Pep Rally.

Because, as we all know, basketball arenas force people to act like hooligans, just as guns and talk radio conspire to force people to go on killing sprees.
The thought pattern is so ingrained, the nonsense comes out reflexively.

And whose idea was it to take the Presidential Seal to a Memorial Service?

Total BS.
Why do they think we believe anything this regime says?
Whatever they say, the truth is the opposite, whatever they deny is what they did, whatever they accuse us of is something they actually do all the time.
Liberalism, a mental disease.

"Barack Obama will issue an executive order banning registered lobbyists or lobbying firms from giving gifts in any amount or any form to executive branch employees." - Obama's The Change We Need In Washington
"I will end the abuse of no-bid contracts in my administration." - 6/22/07, Manchester, N.H.
(Obama Administration) will require that all contract orders over $25,000 be competitively awarded unless the contracting officer provides written justification that the order falls within a specified exception and that the requirements and evaluation criteria are clear for every contract. "When you walk into my administration, you will not be able to work on regulations or contracts directly related to your former employer for two years. And when you leave, you will not be able to lobby the administration throughout the remainder of my term in office." - 6/22/07, Manchester, N.H.
"We'll put government data online and use technology to shine a light on spending." - 6/16/08, Flint, Mich.
"When there is a bill that ends up on my desk as president, you will have five days to look online and find out what's in it before I sign it." -- Obama, Manchester, N.H.
Barry loses, liars one and all in that administration.

Put a decent crowd into a “rowdy basketball arena,” and you get a dignified memorial service in a rowdy, basketball arena. Put a bunch of leftnut activists in there, and you get ignorance.

Let’s see here:
University of Arizona supposedly selected the venue.
U of A is a public university.
Governors of states have effective control over public universities by proposing budgets, etc.
Thus in lying Obamaworld=
Gov. Jan Brewer’s fault.

But I think there was a celebration, again, of the lives of those that have been impacted... It's better when the loved ones use the terms celebrate and celebration when speaking of the lives they shared with the deceased. It's off-putting when used by strangers.

Gibbs is right. Add to that the crowds refusal to settle down after Obama’s numerous prompts for quietude.

CZAR B.O and any President of the United States does not give a public address unless the audience is very well screened and an ample supply of supporters are assured entrance to the event.

Reagans speech was delivered from the Oval Office and lasted less than three minutes. Incorrect. After Challenger, Reagan spoke at a memorial service at Johnson Space center that was attended by thousands. I was there.
It was a solemn, very respectful occasion, however -- but then, that was a much different time.

White House Says It Wasn't Responsible for Picking Rowdy Basketball Arena for Arizona Memorial.. Sure, of course they weren't. And they weren't responsible for picking a 2008 Obama Campaign phrase as their official memorial service slogan either.
