The kinky photos were turned over to Tuscon cops by Walgreens staffers just days after Loughner, 22, dropped them off to be developed before Saturday's attack, The New York Times reported today on its website. This wording is actually pretty unclear. The photos were turned over to the Sheriff "just days" after Loughner dropped them off. But when did he drop them off?
This does actually leave room for the possibility that the pictures were turned over to the cops BEFORE the shooting, although from the wording it's unclear whether that was the case or not.
But it's certainly possible, and I think we need to know WHEN they were turned over to the police. Did that idiot Sheriff miss yet another opportunity to arrest this guy?

The only claim he was interested in men is from a fake Facebook account.

Photo developers in those stores are instructed to call their supervisors with a code red when they see “suspicious” photos. Of course, all photos with guns in them also go to the FBI and release is delayed. Maybe that’s how they got picked up so fast.
