According to the article, "cyber-hunting" is only illegal in approx. 25 States, so if you're living in one of the other 25 States ( or 32 if you're using Zero's 57-State math) then you 'might' be okay....although under the current "administration" the Constitution has been pretty well shredded so I'm not making any guarantees on this.  You'll be on your own.
