It's not like Boeing has been able to deliver their damn 787 yet... orders started in 2004. 0 have been delivered.

The 9th one is supposed to fly tomorrow and that is the first that will actually get delivered to a customer, All Nippon Airways (ANA), for passenger flights. The aircraft is still overweight, something Boeing claims will take about a dozen more built to finally solve.

How are test flights supposed to solve a problem with it being overweight? Do they expect parts to fall off of it?
