"Why do these kooks get any judicial standing at all in any court?"<

Because the judges are members of the same kook groups.

The solar panels might impede the border jumping wetbacks on their journey to the welfare office, so, no can build.

Ya gotta understand what's important in CA.

If you do in-depth research on nearly all “environmental” groups, I mean really get to the bottom of who their parent organizations or funders are, you’ll find a common belief they share and that is the elimination of private property. I’d heard this and didn’t believe it until I did the research myself. They believe out form of government and society must first collapse, then they will re-order it. When you keep in mind that their true goal is to make our American society collapse that’s when their actions make sense. That’s why you’ll see “alternative energy” groups do anything to block access to our own natural resources AND when it comes down to it, they’ll find ways to complain about the alternative energy they say they want.

You can’t drill, you can’t do this and you can’t do that.

Screw it... shut off the damn power and let them figure out how they’re going to live without it.

We can't burn wood. We can't burn coal. We can't burn oil. We can't build nuke plants. We can't build windmills cause birds are so stupid they fly through the wings of the windmills and get konked on the head. We can't build solar farms.

I GET DIBS ON THE FIRST CAVE!!

Environmental lawyers long ago made the cost of Nuclear power prohibitive due to lawsuits and political risk. These concerns have also forced Major oil companies to virtually give up on developing domestic sources, and our government has ceded offshore oil resevoirs to whatever foreign country wants to develop them. Solar panels soon will all be made in China, and with our country bankrupt we won’t be able to import them.

Meanwhile, our domestic supply of lawyers, which has grown exponentially in recent decades, has nobody left to sue except the California Solar Plant. What must be causing lawyers to lose a lot of sleep is, how are they going to charge their electric cars?

The enviro-nazis want everyone to go back to living in teepees and collecting nuts and berries to survive. Grand goal, don't ya think?
