Dems definently targeted the elderly for economic and health care harm. They cut medicare and now this tax increase to people on fixed incomes. They are sick.
Retirees are over 90% white. That is why the Dems targeted them.
If you are inexperienced, and your school sucks because it is one of the two types above, you will be passed over.
If you are experienced, I will not consider schooling at much more than a marginal, 5% level. I want to know what you can DO. I want to know what you have DONE. If you cannot do anything, you will be passed over.
