How long before Rush and Sarah are blamed?

maybe someone can sue the Border Patrol for $25 million...
It’s Sarah fault, Bush loaded the gun, and Rove mapped out the school.
I am watching the coverage locally. The shooter is a teenage boy between the ages of 14 and 15..they have him surrounded..Prayers for the 2 boys and 1 girl who were shot
No surprises there. Probably the Asians ganging up on the white kids again.
on a handheld whiteboard.
“How long before Rush and Sarah are blamed?”
The next edition of the NYT, and today on MSNBC.
I don’t understand. I thought schools were gun free zones. Isn’t there a law against taking firearms to school zones?
Oh, and since I keep getting irritated posts when I make comments like the one above, I should point out that this is me being facetious.
MS-13 running amok.
Even if this shooter was a member of the democrat party, thought 9-11 was an inside job, hates Bush, hates Fox News, watches MSNBC, has Think Progress and Democrat Underground on his internet favorites, and was a “Youth for Obama” volunteer...
If he once said he was mad at the government he would be labled an ANTI GOVERNMENT TEA PARTY TYPE!!!!
When I lived out west I would go over to the bicycle club every now and then. You could see the area going quickly down hill 15 years ago.
It’s possible the lefties are running around shooting people to get our guns taken away.
Gee, didn’t think a 15 yr old could get a gun, legally.
Gardena = Slime in my book.
I never go through that area...
They just got him and he’ got a good tan, looks like
“GWe need more and tougher Gun Control Laws” meme in 5...4...3...2...1...
Rush talking about it now, possible Tea Party chapter there.
LAUSD says student brought gun in backpack to school and dropped the bag, discharging the gun.
We need more and tougher Gun Control Laws meme in 5...4...3...2...1...
err, that darn fast typing typo...
Oh, and since I keep getting irritated posts when I make comments like the one above, I should point out that this is me being facetious."
Wow, are you serious? That's sad that there are people who do not understand that you are being facetious. This saddens me to know even some of my FReeper brothers and sisters fail to use the "noodle" and make knee-jerk reactions...:-(
Right Wing Radio!
What we need is to raise taxes and legalize Gay Marriage - only that will prevent another tragedy like this.
In Gardena? Surely not, with several Crips sets claiming that territory..
I’ll file that mix under
“Recipe for Disaster”
"I didn't know there was a Tea Party Chapter anywhere near Gardena, CA".
Lax gun safety awareness by the suspect.
“A Los Angeles Unified School District official says the shooting was accidental. The official says the student brought a gun to school in his backpack, which fell onto the ground and apparently discharged. “
Two shot, not 3, and now being reported as an “accidental” shooting, when a back pack was dropped, and the student that brought the gun to school is in custody.
God bless and protect all in that School. Lord Father, extend your hand of protection over everyone involved, and met out your justice to the evil doer(s) responsible.
Dropped the bag and shot three people?
Well, here we go again with a opportuity for the oh so predictable editorials unrelated to any factual reporting. From Ronald Reagan, through Columbine and Virginia Tech, and on to Phoenix the fiction will re-emerge that ever more precise laws preventing law-abiding people from carrying pistols or rifles will eventually force psychopaths to cower before rules restricting firearms.
However, a rigorous, twenty-year study by John Lott and William Landes from University of Chicago Law School supports expanding concealed carry in public places. Subsequent studies of national data in academic journals show 16 studies finding that right-to-carry laws reduce violent crime and show 10 with findings of no discernible effect. No exacting, peer reviewed study refutes their position.
Passage of shall issue laws correlates with large decreases in multiple victim shootings, and reduced harm when shootings actually occur. Use of citizen deadly force makes startling interruptions causing assailants to abandon or improvise assaults. Police then respond to incidences in progress, instead of arriving for body counts and paperwork.
Also important were absences of shootings. Public place shootings provide perpetrators leading roles in malevolent fantasies. Previously imagined screams and explosions suddenly penetrate their beings, embellished by intimate, self-created visual stimuli of human terror, bloody mists, broken bodies, culminating in splendid, convulsive suicides at their chosen moment. The latent presence of armed citizens provides a deterrent disqualifying certain places, and leading prospective murderers to abandon fantasies, or to seek a supportive gun free environment.
Rather than invite or allow licensed individuals greater opportunity to thwart violence, it seems more comforting for public officials and writers such as Dionne to weave pleasing elusions around an occasional Columbine, Omaha mall or Virginia Tech. We can expect public places to remain official islands of contentment for predators and psychopaths, during the ten-minute plus police response time.
However if we must suffer more rational firearms laws directed at instruments instead humans let us follow a more consistent, connected liberal logic. The unaddressed problem here obviously has to do with inflammatory rhetoric. For just one example consider that in Fairfax County Virginia guns appear to live passive lives. Yet as soon as they cross the Potomac River and enter the Anacostia area of Washington D.C., they become psychopaths when hearing rules associated with rigid gun control legislation.
We need to take a lead from the Obama administration, which has excised such phrases as unlawful enemy combatant and war on terror from any discussion surrounding the events of 9/11 and thereafter. Guns need to understand we are not at war with them. If we approach them with an open mind and without preconditions, then we can arrive at lasting détente.
Using this more embracing, benevolent approach to interacting with guns; legislation should consider ways to make guns feel welcome. Lets require teachers with concealed carry permits to take their pistols to work. In this way guns would not feel offended, and would be unlikely to react violently.

More Guns, Less Crime? The Case for Arming Yourself
Oh it was a Glock?
......and not to repeal Obamacare and from now on do only what the Leftists want......
More likely a school-free drug zone.
With a 30+ rd “clip”.
They need to get the NRA’s Eddie Eagle in there to teach gun safety so that when guns are brought in against the rules then at least they will be brought in safely.
How sad! However, when they opted to remove God and the Bible from schools, they get guns instead.
2 shot not 3...Accidental discharge of a weapon.
Give it another 5 minutes.
One bullet did all of this, “magic bullet”, some not buying that.....3 people shot, prayers for them and their loved ones.....
aren't they all "accidents"???
Signed, Nancy Pelosi
Gangs? More specifically Mexican gangs going after the black gangs?
One student “critical.”
School district probably doesn’t want a student riot, so “accident” fits the bill.
Just hear on the radio, one school official said the shooting may have been accidental...
