No doubt some major corporate interests have gotten to the Congressman (the major industrial multi-nationals are heavily invested in propogation of the myth to get Cap ‘n Tax in place, so they’ll be reaping billions in trading).
I never tire of this:
I am hoping that Mr. Cuccinelli would like to be our next governor.
I find this line disturbing.
Just how much fraud IS allowed? Just enough to cover donations to
said Democratic pols? Enough to hire their wives @ $300K+
each, for no-show jobs as "community liaisons"?
Time Bombs are every where in the GW scam. Esspecially since CO2 is a pollutant. One thing to raise the cost of every thing is CAFE Stds for Trucks based on GG/ton mile. Price per truck has already raised 20K /vehicle. 2012 stds will elimane the largest trucks resulting in more trucks on the road and more GG emissions. (So?)
I wouldn't trust him under any circumstances.
Cuccinelli should let this one go. So far I have not heard any evidence that the specific law was broken. Financial fraud means intentional accounting errors, fraudulent spending reports, misrepresentation of how the money was spent etc. The law doesn’t cover shoddy science, only whether Mann spent the money on what he said he was going to spend it on.
Only Democrats would weaken law-enforcement’s ability to investigate fraud against the taxpayers......
