If you can make a call, you can get this legislation introduced in your State. The following States have a Republican majority in the House, Senate and Governor: If you live in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming, this legislation will pass because it is a revenue generator but from illegal aliens only not taxpayers. It can be introduced in less than 24 hrs after your legislator learns of it. We spoke to a legislator and the next day it was filed on the deadline day!!
These States have filing deadlines for this session coming up real soon.
North Dakota Senate deadline to file bills Jan 24
Montana deadline Jan 24
Wyoming deadline Jan 26 and Jan 28th
Idaho House deadline Jan 29th
Please check mspatriots.com for more information.
TO GET THIS LEGISLATION PASSED IN YOUR STATE, If you live in one of the States above.
Step 1 Download SB 2255 from the website (right click, save target as)
Step 2 Email the bill to the key State legislators in your State that are concerned about illegal immigration. If you dont know who they are, you can look them up on this webstie: http://statelegislatorsforlegalimmigration.com/ Then email the bill to your State Legislator. Make sure your subject line will catch their interest.
Step 3 Call both legislators
If you have access to a State lawmaker, this will be a breeze.
Be sure to tell them it has already been done in OK a year and a half ago.
To ensure the money goes to the Border Fence, make sure there is no language that gives the legislature the authority to appropriate it. Make sure there is no repealer (expiration date) or act that the legislature must do to keep it going. These are things legislators do to confiscate money for other projects.
Consider starting with a fee that is equal to your State sales tax. Make sure your bill is titled to reflect the money is for building the border fence. MS SB 2255 will be titled Border Fence Fund Act.
Be sure to email me if you get one filed so we can include your State in a press conference.
Off Subject: but look at picture on Drudge front page.
Looks like Hu said something to scare the chit out of Obama
Rotsa ruck fingering the illegales to tax them!
Good idea! Need to get Florida on board!
So good to see MsPatriots stand up for Border Security and National Security. As more and more Liberal RINOs and Democrats jump to the side of the Hispanic KKK and Hispanic Hate Groups that push Illegal Alien Amnesty....its good to see groups like MsPatriots stand up for their state and country
