MUST READ. "There's more oversight for women's hair salons than for abortion clinics in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania."

Let's be honest about why this is so: because abortion clinics are under the protection of the Left. They are the religious temples of the modern Democrat party.

PA does have the death penalty but I can not remember the last time it was used.

The last execution in Pennsylvania was in 1999. There are over 200 sitting on death row in PA now. Here's a pretty good article on why the back-up and delays. Hint: It's not the State Courts that are at fault. It's the Federal Courts that drag the appeals process out for decades. Juries will convict and all recent governors including Ed Rendell have signed death warrants. It's not a lack of will.

That is not uncommon. Abortions of bigger (older) babies require that the mother be under anesthesia. That means another professional (cough) is required to assist.

Gosnell appears to be black. Yet he shuffled the poor black women off to a dirtier waiting room than the white women who came to the clinic.

I breathlessly await Gosnell being called a racist by the likes of the Revunnnnd Jackson and Al Sharpton.

Another grim irony of this case is that some "patients" of the doctor's will claim pain and suffering and proceed with civil litigation. The doctor is very wealthy so it will be no problem finding malpractice lawyers.

Oh no t gets sicker the Grand Jury report sets forth an ugly truth. "Instead, the Pennsylvania Department of Health abruptly decided, for political reasons, to stop inspecting abortion clinics at all. The politics in question were not anti-abortion, but pro. With the change of administration from Governor Casey to Governor Ridge, officials concluded that inspections would be “putting a barrier up to women” seeking abortions. Better to leave clinics to do as they pleased, even though, as Gosnell proved, that meant both women and babies would pay.

It is clear that those Americans who have fully adopted the humanist culture of the liberalism have no respect for human life.

Algore’s global warming brigades actually see human life as an infestation of their enviornment/mother earth. They are not the least bit shy about condemning human life and demanding that birth be halted. They want total power over human life and death at a global level.
