Not only no, BUT HELL NO!....................
If I were her, I would be so much more worried about my soul than freedom.
Dying in prison is the least she should deal with for what she is guilty of!
I can’t even imagine how anyone could go back to living a normal life after 40 years in prison. There’s just no way you’d be able to adjust.
....as an aside:
Charles Manson is said to be the richest con in the Califirnia prison system...over the years he’s made money selling his autograph...he doesn’t do it all himslf...it’s reported that he has other cons working for him cranking out forgeries.
She is teaching illiterate women how to read.
She should continue to do this for the rest of her life.
Sorry “Katie”. California will forgive just about anybody for just about anything.....but you killed the Summer of Love. They’ll never let you out.
hard to believe she is still drawing breath.
Even after forty years you don’t let a rabid dog out of its cage. Ms. Linda should have been seated upon sparky a long time ago.
Life without parole is a harsh sentence, but hers was a very harsh crime. The picture in the story from the trial makes the appearance that those girls thought they were on some kind of lark when in fact they actively participated in one of the most brutal murders I’m aware of.
All I know is that if she’s that easily brainwashed, then she has no business being out in freedom,
only to fall under the spell of some maniacal sociopath out there. Out of twenty-five others, she was picked
to go on a killing mission and did so much butchery, without thinking twice. She already has the proclivity. She has no business being out in
the public to do God only know what else, unless she got lynched.
The wrost part about it is that Sharon begged ot be kidnapped so she could at the very LEAST give birth and then be killed, but go figure, they just laughed and butchered her and her UNBORN CHILD!
Sure, let her out... just as soon as she brings back everyone that she was involved in killing and restores the lives of all those affected. No problem.
Even if she is a murderer, it’s just wrong to keep her in prison this long. She should have been executed a long time ago.
Sharon Tate’s mother - until her death - was pretty much forced to fight the never ending battle, and attend/testify at each and every parole hearing. Now Tate’s sister has inherited the duties.
It was teh gas chamber that they were destined for. PIty the stupid judiciary eliminated the death penalty before these freaks got their turn.
She is an ANIMAL!
Let her rot in prison.
She should have ben given capital punishment.
HELL is worse than any prison on earth
and we get the BILL for her upkeep.
Sounds fair to me.
It’s a good thing that the mother went, now the sister goes to remind the parole board exactly who has lost more.
Krenwinkel admitted during her trial that she chased down and stabbed heiress Abigail Folger at the Tate home on August 9, 1969, and participated in stabbing to death Leno and Rosemary LaBianca the following night.
Both homes were defaced with bloody scrawlings.
She was convicted along with Manson, Van Houten and Atkins. Another defendant, Charles “Tex” Watson was convicted in a separate trial.
All were sentenced to death but their sentences were commuted to life when the U.S. Supreme Court briefly outlawed the death penalty in 1972.
I’ll never understand why in this country, if there is cast iron, irrefutable evidence that someone killed another, why we don’t just flip the switch the day after the trial. So much cheaper and inexpensive.
Butchering pigs. They deserve death and Sharon’s sister should be the one to throw the switch.
Definately. If there’s cast iron evidence, the sentence should be carried out within the year.
I'm glad she's doing some good for people in prison, but that's where she belongs - in prison.
How about NOOOOOO - ya sick freak!
Just pay my travel expenses, I’ll brown bag it and flip the switch for this one and others where there is NO question of guilt. Pay my flight to Ca. and I’ll do the deed. Infact whatever mode of transportation is cheapest, I’ll take it.

I remember this crime. It was and still is horrendous.
She deserves NO MERCY.
If that privilege were up for grabs I bet you’d be standing somewhere in a VERY long line!
Exactly. I have to wonder, would she be doing so good in the real world if she were free? I don’t think so. She would be out, committing petty crimes and still likely working up to commmitting another murder.
Her soul must be the ugliest thing ever.
I bet Manson so screwed up their brains they still think he’s some sort of god.............
Considering their beahvior at their trial, I would have to state they are lost causes and should stay in prison. How on EARTH did they get access to razors to sahve their hads and carve up their foreheads during the trial while in jail I would like to know.
This is Sharon Tate's (sorry for the bandwidth - done for readability:
Things were a bit more lax back then, plus it was Kalifornia..............
If they put it into some sort of lottery, I’m more than sure that we would end up wiht a budget surplus.
All parole boards should read autopsy reports.
“So I guess he can use the money to do what - buy drugs? Groceries? Favors?”
yep...just as you say....I used to be an AA volunteer over at the men’s medium security correctional facility...money was the grease that could make wheels turn...once the prison administration did a random drug test on the general population....13% tested positive....and this in a state prison unit!!
