>>NO MORE KENNEDYS! God, theyre like a disease you just cant get rid of.
>Just because he gave an inspiring eulogy, doesn’t qualify him for the senate.
>>Here we go again. The torch has been passed to a new generation of morons.
>A Kennedy would never get elected in Connecticut. The Kennedy’s realize that their political empire has ended. So they keep throwing around their names in various elections to make us think that they are still relevant. He will be like him bumbling cousin Joe and run away from this election when the polls show that middle class and working class ethnic voters no longer vote for Kennedy’s.The Kennedy arrogance and turning their backs on the working class is un-popular today. If his daddy was a firefighter, cop, mailman or teamster then his memories of daddy would have been in visiting him at Concord State Prison after the Chappaquidick disgrace. They may call it the Nutmeg state, but the voters of CT are not nuts enough to vote for a Kennedy.
>>>Woe to the inhabitants of Connecticut for a Kennedy lives among you. I think that family has done enough damage to this country to last a century. My comments are not directed toward JFK or RFK but toward Ted, Patrick and Joe, all who have been embarrassments and disasters.
>>>Well, my fellow readers, I guess the comments
herein say it all. After last week’s inundation
by the Globe with one column after another
hailing the “Kennedy mystique”.....gosh, enough
is enough. The Kennedy family needs to settle
in to retirement from the political stage.
It’s over. Move on. Leave politics to hopefully
better qualified, honest newcomers with some
degree of self respect and integrity.
The Kennedys are wealthy. Some are doing
commendable social/cultural projects, but they
no longer have any business in politics.
Again, the comments here speak for themselves.
