There was a very localized fire at the Records Division. I think they managed to contain the flames to Dr. Fukino’s waste bin.
Maybe Fukino boxed it up and took it with her by mistake when she vacated the premises with the new regime coming in.
If Abercommie wants to get a little mnore ambitious maybe he can just walk down the hall to speak with his No. 2 Lt. Gov. Schatz and ask if it is true whether he refused to certify Obama to be placed on the ballot in 2008 and if so, based on what grounds?

I can not confirm this, but it is my understanding that
ANYONE can walk in off the street and obtain the same document that Obozo used and that we have all seen.
How about a case of massive citizenship and welfare fraud committed by officials in at least one of the new fledgling states from the late 50’s???

Every citizen has the right to make a challenge to a candidate wanting to be placed on the ballot. However, in order for it to have standing (show proof od direct injury) an opponent would be better served to file it. If you recall McCain was challenged by a citizen in NH in 2008 and was able to prevail due to lack of standing and no proof of direct injury, which has become the playbook of the Obama legal team with its various court challenges.
Consistently since 1860, illegitimate children who are not legitimated before the original birth certificate is filed are required to have their mother’s surname as a “family name.” H.R.S. § 574-3 (1976).
So Barry is illegitimate?
Since all of the cases re: eligibility have been dismissed due to “lack of standing” or because of some silly procedural bs, I wonder if ordiniary citizens could force the issue by suing the DNC? Anyone?
This, I am sadly forced to conclude, is a very misleading statistic. The 58% may surely not "believe" that Obama was born in the United States, but that doesn't mean that they think it's all that important!

(1)Yes, he was born in Hawaii.
(2)Yes, his mother was a citizen.
(3)He is the President.

The Constitutional issue, although alive and well, is only enough of concern to enough people to cast a faint pall of illegitimacy on the administration, but that's all. Most voters don't understand it. Unless Obama is refused access to one state's ballot it is very sadly going to be:
(a) be a back page story, and it will not much
(b) affect the election.
(c)The candidate that brings it up would face a storm of MSM-generated ridicule, so NOT ONE HAS.
This is precisely why the beloved "Right Wing Talkers" largely avoid the issue. The great Mark Levin, for example. He wrote a charming book about his dog. But in his work on the Constitution, it would seem that his beloved dog ate Article II of his copy of the document.
The Abercrombie story is already being played as a farce, and and ineligible Obama has already wreaked great damage on the country. He may lose the election, or even not run, which is more likely, but the Constitutional issue is in danger of being swept under the rug.

No, these just aren't "lost" because there is always a trail of documentation. First, some doctor would have Ann's record of her prenatal visits. Then, the hospital would have Ann's record of when she went in to deliver the baby. The hospital would have a record for little Barry, along with the doctor's signature and baby footprints. Then, the hospital would have a record showing when they sent his BC to the state. The state would issue the number and enter it into their files as well as index it in a separate book. The state would send the hospital and counties copies for their records. The county would handwrite his and his parents names into their original Birth Index Book and indicate which big Birth Book his info would be found. The county would then handwrite in the big Birth Book's index (yes, a second index meaning it's entered in two separate books so there is a "backup" record) and insert his BC. So, how many steps along the document trail could he get verification that he was born in Hawaii? BTW, Governor, no where along the way would his records have gone to the archives building.
I’m sure the BC is safe and sound like the Social Security funds in the Al Gore “lock box”, and the gold in Fort Knox.
Congressman Issa, cut to the chase and investigate Hawaii’s Democratic Party refusal to certify Obama’s eligibility and question HDOH officials who made statments about the records. Put them under oath NOW!!!!!Call in Pelosi and give her the opportunity to perjure herself.
There is certainly reason to investigate.
Congress its time to put up or shut up. Quit worrying about Obama’s followers rioting and worry about restoring the Constitution and faith in government which right now is ZERO. Is everyone on the hill on the take?

And that's why I'm proposing a new law that isn't retroactive that requires candidates show their birth certificates. It protects us from the above scenario.
