Oscar de la Renta is fretting over the red and black Alexander McQueen gown Michelle Obama wore to this week's state dinner for People's Republic of China President Hu Jintao. Not that the frock by McQueen creative director Sarah Burton wasn't lovely. But it should have been made by an American or Chinese designer, not a Brit, de la Renta says. The move center campaign is ON making people think MO gives a rats petard about anyone other than her progressive ideals.
There is a really easy cure for that, just stop walking and if possible, find the nearest seat.

I like it. I think she looked good for a change. Michelle has worn a few outfits that realy suit her. She should stick with those designers.

The point is the media’s overall coverage. Who cares about MO’s dress or Sasha’s foreign language skills? How about reporting on CHINA OWNING US, global communism AKA NWO and the fact that a communist dictator is and was given power to lecture America and dictate?
The dress does not really look bad, now for a suggestion, if someone could photshop a white streak in her hair a la “Bride of Frankenstein”, it would set the whole thing off perfectly.
Perhaps she wanted to show off her well toned shoulder ;-)
I think its a lovely dress also. She has worn some really bad stuff in the past.
